Breakfast and lunch was being served when we arrived. I’m not sure if it’s served all day. A man with special needs took our order! It was lovely to see that they are a true equal opportunity employer! He was GREAT! The food came out fast, accurately, and HOT! Great experience! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.
I go here all the time in the mornings, and I go inside. It's always a fun bunch in there. Good people, never had any issues. Food is better then other locations I've been to, for sure. Clean inside. Clean outside. Seein some low reviews here, kinda suprised actually. This morning, the manager at the counter was very good, hooked me up. Good guy. Everyone there has a personality, and everyone is always nice, but not too nice, like totally fake. That's why I dig it, I'm very comfortable waiting in there.
Worth avoiding - have never had a positive experience with this chain, specifically this one sets the bar exceptionally low. And then crawls under. Have been in the drive thru line for 30 minutes already, and still waiting. Absolutely abysmal.
Most of the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake as heII!
Don’t come to this location! You’ll wait 45min just to get the food and combination you didn’t ask for! I’ve been 3 times over 3 years at this Whataburger and the entire рIасе is still rеtаrdеd! Doesn’t matter at which time of the day, you’ll still be disappointed!
From top to bottom, the entire place is rеtаrdеd including the managers and the franchise owner otherwise they wouldn’t allow it!
This place has great customer service. Early in the morning and everyone working together with great smiles and good food.
I want to say thank you Sandy hopefully I spelled it right (guy) and Jim was very helpful and T. Our order wasn’t right but they made sure that we were taken care of and I truly appreciate that. Our food was cold and the fries was wayyyy too salty and the chicken butter biscuit was hard and cold. I asked for a well done burger not burnt or cold. I truly want to say thank you Jim (sweetheart) Sandy (Guy) assured me that nothing would happen to my burger????????????????????????or food and T was very polite when we complained. YALL keep up the good work!!!
Did a mobile order. Was told the order was complete at the pickup counter. Didn't get the large fries or the cinnamon roll I redeemed with my points!!! Oh and they dropped the Dr. Pepper shake I ordered and had to make it over again! The phrase, "you get what you pay for" doesn't even apply! Because, no you don't even get what you pay for any more these days! Guess it's all my fault for not double checking the order. Fast food employees aren't reliable! What a joke!
