We are here from Michigan and discovered Whataburger. Absolutely love it!! This location goes the extra mile. The other day my burger was 3 minutes late because (the manager?) took the time to remake my burger because she felt the first patty wasn’t up to par! Every order at Whateburger is exactly the way I want it. Will continue to enjoy the food here all winter here in TX.
We always have a bit of a picky eater order. The young man who helped us was absolutely wonderful and made sure he got everything right. He was super patient, very respectful, and happy. Clearly, his parents did a great job!
Some of the greatest bartenders I have ever encountered. Visit on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tell Kyleigh, Andrea, or Jewel I recommended you to visit. Tip well, and you will be treated like family. Every time you come back afterward, they will remember you by name. When you come back afterward, they will also bring you your favorite drink without you even asking for it. While everyone else waits.
Bartenders work long hours. Every drink you get from a server is prepared by the bartenders. So they should be tipped better, IMO. Good servers should be tipped well, too, but my heart goes out to the bartenders.
Restaurant has a new/clean feel. My order was out quickly, came as ordered, and was tasty and of high quality. Employees working hard and asked how they could help\if I'd been helped.
My favorite whataburger place to go in all of Texas. The food is always hot and fresh, the people are so nice and they always get my order right. I have no complaints here!
Outstanding service. Really friendly counter people. And the food, like it usually is at whataburger, is great!
The food was good and hot but the coffee tasted burnt and some of the creamers were clumpy (french vanilla delight).
It has been a while since we went to this location. Today they did pretty good almost gave me a sweet tea instead of unsweetened. So since they are getting better. I will give them some stars. Could be their biggest problem is messing up orders during a rush. But please always check your order before driving off. They are more than willing to fix it without charging you. Now the McDonald's up the road if they mess up on your order to fix it they will charge you. It is like they use to be the cheapest place around but after covid their prices shot up.
Seems everytime we go they either forget something like fries! This last time they didn't give me my medium fries and put whata sauce instead of mayo like I requested. If I could give them no stars I would!
They are getting better. When they first open they had problems with getting orders right. Always want their cinnamon rolls and an unsweetened tea... yum ????
