Evening/night shift is horrible. Can never get my order right. Order extra chicken strips and pay for it don’t get them. Don’t order extra then I don’t get my toast. Drive through window workers are rude. Let you say a whole order then say repeat all of that I didn’t hear you. Why couldn’t you just say hold on after you said welcome to whataburger? Tired of giving them chances. Will make that drive to pines rd from now on.
FLIES FLIES FLIES FLIES EVERYWHERE How is that I order in the app come inside the store and have to wait 35 minutes even while waiting those 35 minutes I asked how long would my order take the lady at the register said she doesn't know. I say can you go look. She walks comes back and doesn't say anything . So now she goes on break and manager on duty is on the register and has an attitude when I asked about my food then tells me that they DON'T have the items to make the taquito. Then walks off . Never asked to see receipts I had to say to here look and show her. I hate everything about everyone up there at that store. This the 2nd time I'VE went inside the store to get my food and had to wait 30-45 for one item. I hope whoever owns this store or franchise fires every single one of those people. And get people that actually want to work and not get an attitude when you have to take an order at the job they applied to
Yall need to get your shit together. Took 30+ minutes to receive one meal. Yall skimped on the extra salt we requested for the fries, and 5-7 cars, who ordered after us, left before we got ours. The drive thru chic taking payments from b-lane and such during the 1:45-2:30 time frame had absolutely NO F's to give for anyone.
They weren't busy inside. The employee at the register got my order wrong and called out my name as "white" when that was not the name I gave. I was passing through in a hurry to get home 2 states away, so I choked down my meal and left. It didn't kill me, but it didn't hit the spot.
They could never make my family not love What-A-Burger ???????? No matter the time the food is all fresh, hot and delicious ???? without me having to return because they get it right the first time for US...speaking only for our household experiences
Im disgusted ... Being that i was the only person in the store who wasnt of color.. i was treated like straight dirt... The cashier Latonya i thought she was going to spit on me when i asked if they are serving breakfast at 11:10pm... Everyone else was treated casualy... Im afraid to eat the food i paid for.. mind you im always cutiouse ... But you couldnt pay me to come back to this particular whataburger!
The service and burgers were great.
truth is I have only eaten here once and that was thirty years ago ... I see it has a lot of over night traffic serving breakfast so it must a good place to eat early in the morning ... I'm giving 3 because it may be higher but would not know for sure until I eat there again
