It has good food, and the service was ok. There was a line and only one person taking orders. The whataburger has a look like it has aged from the 70s. I like whataburger and it's food, I think it tastes much better than mcdonalds, it has many choices. I think they have a good breakfast and good other meals. It's another fast food place, but I think it is better than most. I would recommend trying it. I enjoyed the two different meals I got there at two different times one was breakfast and the other was dinner. I wish Virginia had a whataburger. I think it would do very well.
First, I told the girl at the speaker, that I did not want the meal, just a burger and a small fry. I get to the window and get the food, and see that I was charged for a combo, with a medium coke. I asked why she charged for a combo, and she said she thought I wanted a combo with no drink. How the hell does that make sense? Who pays for something they don't want or receive? The food I received from here wasn't even edible. It was a cold burger, also It looked like someone threw a handful of pickles on the burger, which I had to remove to take a bite, and then there was so much mustard, that I couldn't even taste the bread and meat, barely any onions or lettuce either. So it went in the trash. Thanks for wasting my money...
We were passing through on our 5 hour trip back home and decided to stop for a bite to eat. The older lady taking our order was slow seemed like she needed some more training and was new, then we waited just about 15 minutes for our food, fries were not salted and not fresh, the meat was definitely old and the food was cold. We also had a salad with whatachicken, the chicken was really dark it seemed like the oil was old and needed to be changed. For a place with higher prices you would expect higher quality. Unfortunately we left unsatisfied.
We ordered online. Salad had no dressing and burger was on sliced bread. We walked in and asked for the correct items. Haven't been back since.
Would have been an easy in and out if the customers wouldn't have had to wait for coffee to be made. The jalapeño biscuit sandwich wasn't as soft and fresh as usual.
I've lived in this area for a while and we've tried to give this establishment a try a few times but it never fails this is by far the absolute worst whataburger I have yet to go to. They either can't get your order right or they forget half your food, your food either stone cold or hard as a rock, I can't even remember the last time I've gotten fresh fries I usually have to throw them out I won't even feed them to my dog. When you have to go inside to get missing items might as well take a number cause your gonna be waiting a good 20 mins or so or even when you order ahead I've waited almost 45 min for order ahead that's after the 20 min after I ordered it and drove to pick it up. I would say give this place up and put a starbucks or a tacobell I'm over this place and the sonic.

It's an OK Burger ????, It tastes just fine.
My problem is, I have been eating WHAT A BURGER pronounced " Waterburger " by us locals.
Ok, the problem is the flavor, the taste, the way they cook it now.
For someone who has been eating waterburger since a child , I can tell you that since it was purchased by an outside company, the quality has gone down, but if you are not aware of the changes then you will enjoy the burger, ask for your bun to be Double toasted.
Worst whataburger experience ever, from this usually great location. More than likely new not properly trained staff led to unsatisfactory service, but the worst part was the food quality. Burgers were cold cheese not melted at all and the fries were more than likely warmed up in the fryer and not fresh. Very surprised because this place is usually terrific. Sadly I won't be back to this location for a while. Hopefully they get their act together because it was not worth what I paid for.
