I had grilled chicken sandwich and it was so delicious. Cooked while I was waiting, it was hot and juicy. Friendly staff. If you are traveling from LA to DFW this location is right off the highways with convenient stores and gas stations right next to it. It is clean inside, including the bathrooms.
Took nearly 40 minutes for a kids meal and two sides. And only got my food after going to the counter and asking about my order. A large group of guys left and told them not to worry about their order as well. One of the staff members thought it was funny when we told them they left after they still made their order. Another customer reported a staff member did not wash her hands in the restroom. Plan to be waiting a long time and have no staff care at all except for manager who seemed to be trying her best to help.

Every time I do a review on a fast food place I always take into consideration what the place is, its fast food meant to be a quick in & out not a fancy dinning experience. Thing is a review will change depending on the type of restaurant, a fast food restaurant will have different review standards than your local 5-star dinning restaurant.
The burger here was exceptional, the staff were super friendly. They did forget my shake when the order came out but a quick mention with the receipt showing the shake never came & they made it & got it out to me without hesitation. Overall I had zero issues with the staff or food here & would rate this a 5-star fast food experience.
When I ordered the 1st thing out of my mouth was 3 double cheeseburgers. The last three items that came out of my mouth were 1--two french fries well done, 2-- a LG Dr Pepper and three was a LG diet Coke.
First of all I have to say that the cashier was behaving like she didn't really want to be there and here actions showed it. When the order came to the counter there was an obvious problem--there were no burgers. A not so obvious problem were the fries--they weren't well done. It seemed like no one wanted to take responsibility for the fries situation and the cashier didn't take responsibility for her error. Now by the time the fry situation was recognized 5 minutes had already passed. The burger situation was a bit different. I had taken what I thought was the whole minis one of the bag's of fries to the car and then returned to the restaurant. When the fries were finally done I took those out to the car only to have my brother tell me that there were no burgers. I went back in and explained to the manager that 15 minutes had already passed and I still don't have what I came in for and said I would like you to fulfill my order. He I don't care if she messed up the order--if you want your cheeseburgers you have to pay for them. Never have I had an experience of a cashier messing up an order for the manager not to fix the problem. He didn't care.
How sad it is that a store lacks the customer service that this is what "what a burger has shown.
Almost every time my husband and I go, something is wrong with our order. They always forget something, whether it be a sauce, fries, or something else. Our burgers have stuff on them we asked to leave off. The wait times are always so slow. The prices are stupid high for the quality of service we receive all the time.
We sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and no one helped so went inside to order and waited another 15 minutes for food. Did not give drinks in our order and once got to our room realized didn’t give all of order. My daughter and grandson both got sick after eating their dinner. Service was rude and inattentive. Would not recommend
The staff was nice. The food was good but it took way longer than I expected for fast food. I will return here tho. Overall it was a great hamburger and the onion rings were slammin!
we just went by this whataburger about 30 minutes ago . We always go and never have had the experience we had tonight. a man named aaron took our order and brought our order out to us . He was the sweetest man , he definitely made our night! we told him how nice of a man he was and he said no matter what that he is always kind . he said “god woke me up this morning why wouldn’t i be nice “ ! 10/10 experience. it was amazing ????
