After waiting 5+ min in the drive thru being 1 of 2 cars there I finally get my order. After pulling out and heading back to work I open my order and the burger is absolutely wretched... I requested easy on the pepper cream sauce they gave me DOUBLE SAUCE. They gave me so much sauce that bread got soggy and started to fall apart. And to make this shamble of a burger that much unpleasant, it's barely even warm. Cheese isn't melted (slightly cold) and I had to use 3 napkins just to save myself from drowning in the sauce. The kitchen while sitting at the window were all having a good time laughing and going about their business but in the process forgot to actually make a decent burger for the customer. Please do better y'all this is unacceptable for a $13 meal smh....

Our visit today was a disappointment, to say the least. We received our food rather quickly which in most cases is not something you complain about but our food was disappointing. Our burgers where cold, the meat did not look fresh, it was overcooked. Our onion rings and French fries ???? were not Fresh fries were probably sitting for a while as well as the OR's . Possibly the oil needed to be changed. Left most of our food. Was not enjoyable at all.
Very enjoyable visit. ???? Was not greeted warmly from the Team Lead but our food was great and correct. Our burgers were made as requested. They were ???? and fresh. Our fries and onion rings were also perfect!
This has to be one of the best positive energy Whataburger I’ve ever been in. Staff is amazingly enjoyable and professional.
Long wait. If you want to get food in the morning before work, be prepared to wait a long time. Only 4 cars in front no traffic inside and Ive been here 30 mins already waiting on one meal.
So good is always my favorite fast food place to go to. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. No issues.
I specified that I did Not want bacon on my burger and to add extra lettuce. The cashier repeated the order correctly but when I received my order it was wrong. It had bacon and very little lettuce and looked as if the burger itself was thrown together. My daughter chicken strips were cold and hard. I called the store to speak to the manager. The manager Lashera acted as if I was bothering her with my complaint and even hung up before I was done talking!!! Very rude and unprofessional. I will NOT be spending anymore money with this location and that manager needs some retraining on how to handle customers concerns or complaints.
Receipt showed mustard. I’m guessing the employees don’t know the difference between mustard and mayo. Please hire competent people who can perform simple tasks…or close your doors. It really is that simple!
Took a few minutes in line to get my order placed but my meal came out pretty fast.
Had a triple meat without the bun, onion rings, and a lemon pie.
My food was very good and my order was correct.
Not sure why all the low reviews?
I would eat here again
