Just came by here cause I was hungry during my 24 hr shift. Only thing open at 3am. Ordered a whatachickn meal asked for extra mayo. Sat at the window for 5 mins after paying, then they asked me to pull forward and I waited another 5 mins. Not a huge deal, had to cook the chicken, I'm sure it wasn't pre ready like burgers. But after getting back on base to work I found they gave me an extra fry (thought maybe cause long wait) then I open my sandwich to find it had nothing in it except the chicken patty and the buns were smashed down flat as if forced. No condiments, no lettuce tomato etc. Thanks for making me hold strong to why I dont eat here hardly ever.
Walked in before lunch and had the steakhouse double meat. It was not my favorite, for it had to much onion crisps. So I’ll stick with my original double meat. Tables were extremely clean. Great customer service.
Every time we order online we have to go back inside because there’s always something missing with the order.
Today, unable to stay in the parking spot to check the order, by the time we got home all the hashbrowns were missing.
????????♂️ it is what it is. Recommendation: attention to detail.
Good luck.
Service was good no problems with that . I suddenly eat my food and come upon a dead insect in my cobb salad . 4450 s clear creek rd restaurant!
The manager Miranda so amazing! Our order was wrong in drive thru. I called and let them know and she took full accountability for the food being wrong. She said next time we come in we would get 2 free meals ( what we ordered). Came in today and she remembered and took care of all our food today. She was wonderful. I will continue to come back to this location.
I ordered an apple cranberry salad with balsamic and when I got home there was no apples and no dressing. Since I was home I added ranch dressing. This is very disappointing and frustrating y’all need to pay attention.
It is with great sadness I have to give this visit a failed visit. The customer service really sucked. I repeatedly gave my order more than 5 times and the guy still came out and asked my order again and again. I asked for no bacon on my salad more than 10 times and still got bacon. The fry’s were way too salty. Then to make matters worse the guy told me that to get salad dressing with my salad would cost me 2 more dollars. The salad was $10.99 where did the dressing go? This was the worst service and visit ever. They need help really bad.
Store off of clear creek is amazing! Shout out to JT and the whole crew! Always welcoming every time I come in. And I come in a lot. Keep it up
