A local burger chain. The food is a bit greasy, and the presentation isn't very appetizing, but it still tastes great. The service is a bit slow—perhaps I'm just not used to the pace in Texas? I hope they continue to maintain the portion size and the size of the buns because it's hard to find burgers this big elsewhere!
Terrible service when ordering for the Drive thru, they take care of you as if you were asking them for free food. That's not to mention that they take a long time to deliver your order to you and when they deliver it to you they give you something that you didn't order, if maybe it was my mistake not to check at that time but sometimes you just have time to go order and leave quickly waiting for them to do things right and give you your correct order(I ordered a Spicy Chicken combo sandwich and instead I don't know what hamburger they gave me and I also ordered a kids meal and they only gave me a few pieces of chicken, not the combo). =(
Every time I visit, they consistently get my order wrong. Additionally, we have to wait 30 minutes in the car for our drive-thru order. I placed my order at 1:33 p.m. and didn’t get charged until 1:56 p.m. Then, I still had to wait for my order at the window. It’s unacceptable.
I went there after midnight after placing an online order for a burger and breakfast on a bun with sausage sandwich, onion rings and fries. The order was supposed to be ready no later than 12:16 am. The drive-thru line was very slow, and when I got to the window, I had to wait. I didn't get my food until 12:33 am. As I drove away, I put my hand in the bag to get some fries. They were already cold. I was very disappointed with the amount of time they took and receiving cold food.
Very dissatisfied with the service here today. Doesn’t seem to be ran properly. Order should’ve been ready by 10:29 am didn’t get it until 10:54 am. Whatever you do, don’t come to this location. Curbside sucks!
Waited an hour for my food. FAST food huh?? Maybe pay your employees more so they actually want to do their job, because no way is the ice cream machine always broken whenever I go there
It was easy to place my order. I wanted a single biscuit sandwich. I was not pressured to ordered to order a full breakfast combo. Whataburger makes your food fresh, so I anticipated a bit of a wait, but it was a bit longer than I expected. The employee at the window even wondered what was taking so long. The only good thing about the wait is that the items on my sandwich were truly fresh and hot. That said, my biscuit wasn't very soft, which was very disappointing. I realize they have to bake many in advance, but they should be able to keep them moist.
This is really one of the worst whataburgers ive ever been to. EVERY SINGLE TIME something is messed up with my order. Something missing (if you order a gravy side it’s never there), extra extra ice when you order light ice, burger messed up, etc. I never write reviews really but this morning i ordered JUST an iced coffee and it took 10 minutes (which is fine the guy said it was being brewed fresh), when i finally got it there was like 2-3 inches of drink missing? Never coming back to this place
