I usually enjoy a patty melt with my wife from time to time but unfortunately this was not one of those times. The burger was not fully cooked. I grew up on whatabuger it's going to suck to let them go but I can't afford to be getting sick from food poisoning from someone who I have trusted all these years to handle my food.
Love Whataburger, better than the bougie chains like Shake Shack, and a southwest staple. But guys, can we not have keypad locks on the public restrooms? C’mon!
We have a surprisingly good breakfast here. The pancakes tasted like something from a mom and pop joint. You had to get code to visit the restroom which was odd but not a big deal.
Employees keep the door locked at 6am so if you wanna walk in at 6am and order food you will have to stand outside till they get the strength in their legs to walk and open the door 10 min later
Food is so delicious but they get mad at you when they mess up the orders, the white lady with the big eye was rude. If the burger is plain, then its plain. No need to say dry for it to be fully plain. Period.
New building, new Whataburger. Still takes time going through the drive thru. Don't bother using the app to order ahead. You still have to wait in line. I had an additional wait on my food once I got to the window. All they had ready for me was my drinks. This was at 4:30 am so it wasn't busy. There was one car in front of me. To make matters worse, the burgers were cold and the fries were worse. They were cold and oh so very greasy, as though they had been sitting on the counter all day. What was I waiting on? I could have gone with 3 stars if the food was fresh but instead I give it one star. Avoid this location.
Why they put so much ice and very little drink ????
We walked up to get a shake and they wouldn't open the drive thru window I asked if they were closed they said no.... So I said then may I order. We don't serve walk ups.... So open the door and I'll walk in .. nope lobby is closed they finally gave us a shake when I asked them why would I walk to rob a whataburger. Seriously people????????????
