First… you step into a sparkling clean restaurant, then the restroom is clean, then we were greeted by an employee who took our order. She was friendly enough. She brought someone else’s order and asked us how our food was (not expected, but nice). They changed the Diet Coke without a huff.
Let’s get to the food. What? The Whataburger is gone?! Oh yeah, that’s because it was so good. We had crispy onion rings with our lunch; all were very good!!!
You can join there loyalty club, and even shop for Whataburger swag! We didn’t try the White Chocolate Raspberry shake; maybe next time.
This Whataburger in Vicksburg is worth the stop!!!
For my first experience at a Whataburger I was very impressed. The atmosphere wasn’t the best and the service was just okay, but the food was hot, fresh, and tasted AMAZING! I’ve wanted to try this restaurant for years, but have never been close to one. It’s definitely worth the hype!! Food was really a 10/5, service 3/5, atmosphere 3/5.
The food was good, but couldn’t finish all of it lol. I recommend coming here if you need good food if you’re on a road trip like I was heading to Pensacola Florida I recommend getting a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and don’t skimp on jelly.
It took a while for someone to finally wait on us and she acted like she didn't want to anyway. She got the order wrong and had to call the manager over to refund the mix up. The restaurant was dirty tables needed to be cleaned and floors swept. There were no napkins in the holder. When we got our meal the fries were cold and hard. Hamburgers were great. The whole time we were there the staff just stood around talking and doing nothing! I have always had great experiences at Whataburger, so this one was such a disappointment ????
Horrible experience. My daughter and I did a pickup order to be brought out to the car. First, our drinks were wrong. The tea/lemonade tasted like water. You couldn't even tell it was supposed to be half tea and half lemonade. The other drink was supposed to be a Dr. Pepper and we were given some kind of milkshake. It would have been fine if we were not lactose intolerant. Took the drinks back in, and they remade them, but not after constantly asking me why i didn't like the drinks. DUH!!!! It's not what i ordered!!!! It took everything in me not to get upset and give everything back, get my money back, and go somewhere else. The Dr. Pepper was correct this time, but the tea was the same thing I had the first time. Tasteless!!!! I added sugar and just had sugar water. I poured it out and tried to refill it with just lemonade at the fountain in the dining area, and it didn't work. Not a single flavor worked!!!! I just threw the freaking tea in the trash and walked out. I got to the car and checked the rest of my order. Guess what???? Yep... it's not right either. Fries instead of onion ring. Ketchup that was requested, not in the bag. Burger is not right. I've been to this place in other cities. Today was my first visit to the one in Vicksburg, and it will be the last visit as well.. I definitely will not be returning.
VERY friendly staff and their focus to provide great customer service is top notch. The quality of food is ok…lots of different options. I think their burgers are definitely comparable to another drive through, order at curbside, fast food restaurant that starts with a “S”…but they are a little larger. To me, the spicy chicken sandwich is where it’s at - pretty good and definitely something that separates them.
The girl taking our order was rude. So we left after ordering. Teach your staff better customer service or continue losing money.
On my last three breakfast trips, curbside service has been made outstanding by Ms Shonda. She always greets my window with a huge smile on her face and our order is always hot and correct. Even though you place the order online ahead of time she verifies that what you selected is actually what you wanted. Thanks again ma'am!
