I ordered 2 large onion rings and once I got to work I went to eat them and they were not filled up. I should have ordered a small in this case because they only covered the bottom of the box with onion rings. This was got at 9pm.
Question of the day... Is it necessary for off duty employees (sitting on opposite sides of dining room) discussing skin issues and popping blood blisters? Why do I have to listen to this topic. Reminder... they are on opposite sides of dinning room. 3:30 pm
Ordered my usual, a number 1 woth cheese, no pickle, ketchup and mayo, no mustard. Got home and opened it up. Has mustard no ketchup or mayo ????. Someone dropped the ball and didn't doubcheck the burger as the wrapper has mayo, ketchup, no pickles.
Exact quality as thirty years ago, same flavor and taste, they have the best burger, cleanest dining room I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant.
We ordered a couple of salads and didn't realize they had bacon which we don't eat. The lady who brought them immediately replaced us salads with no bacon. Excellent service. Thank you so much.
Rudest lady in the drive-thru didn’t want to go outside to bring us our food since we had a truck and trailer. Believe her name was Chance or Chase and was talking to the window guy like if he was dumb. The guy was actually doing a great job didn’t get his name. She just giving attitude for not wanting to go outside since she said “it’s too cold”
We just sat down and ate at this location but at first had a terrible experience. The app reward wouldn’t work then our order was rung up wrong and then our order was brought out wrong not once but twice! BUT the manager was absolutely amazing, she not only got the burger corrected but refunded us our entire meal and gave us 2 apple pies and an extra fry! We were blown away by her and she was fabulous! All we wanted was for the sandwich to be made correctly - everything else we didn’t even want done but she did it anyway! Now that’s how you handle customer service! She deserves more than 5 stars for everything she did and she did it with the best attitude and smile!!
I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ms. Linda. She was very sweet and definitely made sure to try and get my order right (I had a complicated order lol). Her service was amazing and she made me want to come back to just that whataburger! My food was hot and FRESH and the treats were amazing! Thank you Ms. Linda B for showing me that there still is great customer service after covid!! Please give her a raise!!!
