Stopped here on our way to Florida. The service was amazing! The operating partner David was so amazingly nice! It was awesome to get good food and service for once, especially from a fast food chain. We will definitely be stopping back on our way home.
Been going here on and off since I live downtown I have to be really craving this to drive here. Other than how far it is from me its worth it. The food is always hot right off the griddle, even when I drive home 25mins later its still nice and juicy. Pretty good selection of food to choose from too. Burgers are never sloppley put together are never stingy on toppings and are delicious.
I love this Whataburger chain! The customer service is awesome, the food is hot and fresh and the store is so clean! When you visit the Montgomery location, ask for Dave the manager - he's got a great warm welcoming personality which is reflected in the attitude of his staff! I'm not a big fast food fan but this place is worth visiting! Definitely recommend!
What is the point of ordering curbside ahead of time, when they are just going to start your order after you arrive. Then you get to wait as people order their food and when they have time, then they might bring it to your car.
They do understand the curbside is right in front of the window and you can see them chit chatting and wandering around?
First time in a Whataburger in 15 years. I miss this place. The food was as good as I remembered. This place in particular was great. The staff was engaging and smiled, the manager seems to be a very nice person, the place was clean and the food done to perfection. If it wasn’t so far from me, I’d come back every week!
Just don't go here on your lunch break. Do it if you have time to wait 15 mins in the drive thru when there are no cars ahead of you. If you order a salad, bring your own fork because they won't give you one. Bring your own dressing too, you're lucky if they shell one out. I can't tell if they just hate customers who only have cash to pay with or if they're all just miserable and want to punish people with a non-complicated 2 item order. If I hadn't worked in fast food before, I'd probably be turned into a Karen when I see this place like a werewolf on a full moon.
Great burgers! If you like mayo on yours you have to ask for it. The burgers come with mustard. They are made as ordered so you do have to wait a few minutes. Went to drive thru.
