Excellent location right off of N Tyndall parkway hwy 98 in Callaway FL. Very polite staff and a very clean store lots of parking and the restaurant was spotless. The cashier was still in training and was uncertain about something that came up when she scanned my app. And instead of just guessing or ignoring it. She asked her manager to take a look. I am so glad to see that. I just wonder as to how many times at other places and restaurants that I have stopped at that just ignored what showed up on the screen. Since this time it actually gave me a free sandwich with fry and drink purchase. I wonder how many other places would have just clicked NO on the screen, and I would lose the free item. I am so glad to be a WhatABurgers addict. LOL. And I actually got the NEW BLAZE burger. A little messy but the taste is excellent so get plenty of Napkins. And a large drink and enjoy.
No carbonated beverages, tea tasted spoiled like it was from the previous day. Waited 44 mins for food. If I could have canceled my order I would have but, I had already paid. The place seems to be understaffed, with one guy filling orders. Staff was courteous though. Drive thru seemed to be moving. Really regretted ordering online ahead of time. Well, food is finally ready and somehow fries and 1 burger were cold. Wow, what a disappointing experience.
Had a Great Experience!! As soon as I walked through the Door I was Greeted by a Super Nice guy in a Big Orange Floppy Whataburger Hat. His enthusiasm made me smile & set the tone for my dining experience. After placing my order & finding a table I noticed what must have been the Manager, a younger lady with dirty blonde, in the back telling her co-workers "I don't want to see any fries sitting for over 2 minutes! We cook small amounts more frequently"
I knew my meal was going to be fresh & Hot! Then the young man in the Grey shirt & Floppy Hat brought me my tray and asked how my evening was? Great Service as usual. I usually come mornings for breakfast, as I still shall, but now it looks like I might be dining here twice daily moving forward!!
We take out breakfast twice a week, so the team knows me, greets me and is very friendly. If Cody is cooking, he is magic. For anyone else cooking, it's still okay.
First time going to Whataburger, and the burgers are not that great. They were cold like it was not in the microwave long enough. Then the price for two burgers and a small fry $17 like get out of here. Won’t be back. They need to do better.
This was one of the cleanest Whataburgers I have visited. The food was good, the service was excellent, and the restaurant appeared new and clean. The AC was set a bit cold, but it's better than having the thermostat set too warm, especially in Florida.
I’m normally not one to complain or write reviews but what was the purpose of me ordering online ahead of time. I ordered before I left my apartment and made another stop. When I arrived I told them the name of the order and they hadn’t even started it yet. I had to wait even longer when the food was supposed to be ready well before then.
We ordered in the drive-thru we worked all day a was very tired we accidentally said that we wanted a double whopper she was laughing Angela told us we don't have it I was yes you do but I then realized I ordered the wrong item she laughed about it she is one of the best workers you have she is very polite and always happy and full of energy she makes this place worthwhile to come to you can count on us Tobe back
