Whataburger in Corpus Christi is a must-visit! Being right next to the original Whataburger replica made the experience fun and unique. The restaurant was busy when we arrived for lunch, but the staff handled the crowd impressively with quick and efficient service. Despite the rush, everything was spotless, including the restrooms. It’s a fantastic spot for both the history and the classic Whataburger quality we know and love. ????????
Ordered the 10 burger box for a work lunch and ordered cheese for the burgers, and was charged twice for cheese. Half the burgers did not have cheese. When I called and asked I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, then was told they watched the video and all of our burgers had cheese put on them. I assured them that over half of the burgers did not have cheese on them when they arrived at our office. When I asked about the double charge for cheese they stated each charge was for 5 slices of cheese, but my receipt plainly stated 10 slices per charge!! Won’t be ordering from this location again.
Ordered online. Walked in and they were MOPPING the area during lunch. Major possible slip area.
FRIES ???? were OVER COOKED. Gave to the seagulls outside. Meat continues to come out thinner. Asked for grilled onions...NOTHING BUT A STICKER that stated NO ONIONS.
Food is overpriced for what you get. Very disappointed ????
great food!! employees are great nice and kind and the best restaurant experience all together, honestly why go to any other fast food when you can have a friendly and delicious experience like this!!
Apparently.... There was an issue with my coupon and the scan code, so I had to use a Spicy Sandwich coupon, but when I asked for the chicken patty to be substituted, to a regular, David, shift leader RUDELY said, it had to be exactly like the coupon read. So what is the substitution policy, since I know a million and one people that modify these coupons, to their preference, but in my case, it couldn't be. Sounds like BS to me. Then I received the order and the fries were cold, hard and old. Having had surgery, and this was my first real meal, I just threw it all away, and went to Burger King. At least there, I had it my way !!! Ty David for the attitude and that OUTSTANDING customer service !
Food is always good. Little slow on the service. Just got fries and drinks for kids after school to kill time. Got my own drinks, so of course service was great. Had to wait over 15 minutes for 3 orders of fries until I went to remind them. Sorry about that is all I got. I'd understand if it was busy, but nope. Gotta do better. Maybe next time.
The young guy working the front had excellent customer service skills. He knew his customers as they must’ve been frequent customers and was just as sweet as can be talking to them. He was very caring and greeted guests with lots of kindness and respect. I wish I got his name, but keep up the good work!
Excellent quick curbside service, breakfast burger was on point hot and fresh. Didn't get the name of the employee who took it out but very positive manners and polite. Great job!
