Food is always on point. Waited over 20 minutes for a patty melt(while other cars behind me got food first), and they forgot the onions. Bread was hardly toasted. Still tastes good????♀️
We ordered a peppermint coffee on Thanksgiving morning. We assumed we would get hot coffee because the drive-thru person didn’t ask us if we wanted iced or hot. Unfortunately we had to turn the iced coffee away. We ended up getting our peppermint coffee but they didn’t ask us or offer cream a sugar. Our bacon was undercooked. Not sure if that’s because we turned away iced coffee or coincidental. I saved it so I could add cream and sugar at home. Then I realized that I have better coffee at home. Whomp.
I’m not sure what’s been going on with this location but that last few times either the food is gross or they mess up my order. I went last week and ordered 2 bobs…they repeated the order to me correctly and STILL forgot the sausage on both! Today I go and get a Jr Whataburger and the bread is disgustingly soggy, I live 5 minutes away for it to have gotten that wet of god knows what. Do better.

DELILAH took my order today and I genuinely have never had a better experienced at any whataburger store. She was excited to take my order and had the most amazing customer service I have seen in quite some time. I am not usually one to leave reviews on any establishment but I was extremely pleased with this store and Delilah absolutely MADE this experience. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!!!
Such incredible food and service. It was my first time here all the way from Ireland and the staff really blew me away. Couldn’t recommend any more highly. Julio and team were amazing and went above and beyond. Thank you guys so much!!!!!
I love this location. It's ALWAYS clean! I ordered lunch to pick up and was very happy everything in the meal was prepared to perfection. I'll definitely make an excuse to stop by this one again.
It’s been a couple years that I have gotten something here to eat, lucky I came to grab lunch for my family and me. I came in to the drive thru and the girl that took my order was very kind and patient. When they pulled me up on the second lane a boy came and was very kind as well. My order came out correct and was delicious as expected. Hope they continue their outstanding service.
