If I could share ZERO stars I would. I ordered 6 honey butter chicken biscuits for my family and when we went to eat they all smelt like spray cologne. it was terrible. we had to throw them all away because it was NOT edible. The smell was overpowering, it’s like they sprayed Axe on every single one of them. so disappointing because I have had them before & they were so good… but this was so SAD.
This whataburger is the worst I've ever had. I waited 30 minutes at the counter, and when I walked in first, they didn't even acknowledge me. Now, there's a man in line who is furious because he's been waiting for an hour. It's hilarious, bro. The kitchen doesn't even know what they're doing, and the manager is awful, that’s the person that’s been waiting for an hour lol. When I arrived at my customer's house, he informed me that whataburger forgotten to make a chocolate shake and a Coca-Cola, saying that was the only item he had ordered so dumb.
Whataburger’s 24 hours service is Awesome! I eat here three times a month but last time I went it was 5am on Thanksgiving Morning!!
They got my order wrong and I got a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit instead of the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese that I ordered… but All Good! This is the first time in about 25 times that my order wasn’t right and if they can get my food right 96% percent of the time, I’ll take it!
Service is always friendly and professional!
…and let’s face it… No One! Makes a better Patty Melt!
Also their Shakes… like Dr. Pepper or White Chocolate Peppermint are Awesome!
This is a regular Sunday Morning quick breakfast stop for me before church. Service is usually prompt, food usually comes out pretty quick. Iced coffee is always a winner. Breakfast bowl is a good call. Dining area & restroom is clean.
Jaelynn is a very friendly cashier and always greets with a smile and is very nice. ????
They Always take forever, whether it's the drive-through or online carry out orders. Usually waiting 20 minutes after supposed ready time. Ordered 15 ahead on the app for pickup and still waited 20 minutes. My sons job is 3 minutes from there and he was still late because of it. It should not take 35 for a takeout order. Will just get breakfast from Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Sonic, or Wendy's from now on.
This spot is VERY hit or miss. But will come back because work is close by. Today is one of those miss days. Ordered a fish meal and received very little TarTar sauce for it. Also ordered large onion rings just to have my order half filled. Not sure what was up today. Find myself going in there a lot to correct orders.
This has got to be the worst Whataburger in Texas. Online orders still take 30 minutes to bring out. We placed the order at home, arrive, and it’s still not ready.
Orders are always messed up. No condiments as requested, always missing. They really need to get this place together.
Every time I eat here, the burgers are cold by the time they reach my table. Tonight both the burger and the fries were the least degree of “warm” you can get without it being uncooked. I’m tired of giving it another shot, and benefit of the doubt. This location is not even mid!
