Food was great! All the workers were very nice but the cashier Alexis made the experience so much better with her up-beat attitude and amazing customer service! Whataburger needs more employees like her
I’ve always loved grabbing breakfast or lunch on Sundays, but my recent visit left me disappointed. The lobby and food prep area were swarming with flies, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience.
To make matters worse, I saw a customer return his burger after discovering a fly in it—a sight that was hard to shake off. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the situation, which added to my concerns about cleanliness.
I hope this was just an off day because I genuinely enjoy their food. For now, though, I’ll be taking a break from my Sunday routine until I’m confident the place is up to standard. Here’s hoping for cleaner visits in the future!
Ordered a Cobb salad with chicken thinking im going to get one with everything that is illustrated on the picture and no not even close.
I ordered a double meat whataburger meal large and asked to make sure there was no cheese. When I got to the window to pay and get my order, I was asked to please leave a survey. I looked in the bag and noticed there was no ketchup. I then replied if I could please have ketchup. She asked regular or spicy and I replied regular. Once i left i noticed she ended up giving me spicy ketchup. When I got home my hamburger had nothing but the patties and bread! I said no cheese, not absolutely nothing on it. I was busy working and had to eat on the go so I had no time to return or call. I was extremely frustrated. I don't understand how the employee can be so quick to ask for a survey without making sure the service is what was asked for in the first place.
I always love the food here. The green Chilli burger is my go-to.
I ate there for the first time and went back four times the next week. Unbelievable food and reasonable prices. Highly recommend trying it!
Great Teamwork. Had us in n out quick ????. Monster meals packed with extra seasoning. We loved it. Great job guys!
This 8 patty burger is huge. Be sure to bring your appetite when you come eat this monster!
