First of all, thank you for being open on Thanksgiving. You were busy, and you are appreciated. The food was excellent and the service was fast and friendly. My first WaB and it was amazing. Thank you.
Bonus: I am now in love with the idea of spicy and fancy ketchup. My life will never be the same.
Chicken Strips, Fries with white gravy, so good. Order Fries with no salt so they're fresh, add pepper to Fries, perfect late night snack. Sweet tea is actually sweet!
This location is consistently good with good employees.
This was probably one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant. Our meat happened to be slightly undercooked and the worker (Kim) was extremely helpful and corrected the issue right away! Her customer service is impeccable and hard to come by these days! We need more people like her in this world.
Update: I don't know what happened in a year to make this place so horrible, but I am very disappointed! The kid I had to deal with has absolutely no customer service skills. We placed an online order, went to the designated pick up spot to pick it up. First off all trying to order online didn't work, you have to order on your phone. I didn't place the orymy husband did and I went to pick it up and got scolded because I wasn't the one that placed the order and I didn't check in on the app. He literally told me next time they will just leave me sitting there. I finally got our food and everything was cold and gross. The ice was melted in our drinks. The chicken looked like the bottom of the bag crumbs that they had left over from yesterday and stuck in a microwave. It was so rubbery, dried out, and gross. We ordered extra gravy, good thing too because they only fill the cups 1/2 full. We ordered sauce, didn't get any. No ketchup, no salt, no napkins. Ordered and paid for extras for our burger, didn't get them. We called to let them know how awful everything turned out and that we paid for stuff that we didn't receive. They just said when it's convenient for use they will give us a free burger. Yeah, no thanks. We won't be eating here again. Just another typical trash restaurant in Las Cruces with horrible customer service.
It was wonderful to go inside and eat and see other humans acting "normal." People sitting and enjoying their meals. The food was very good and fresh. I got the #13 chicken strip meal with cream gravy. It was very delicious. I was not disappointed at all! I also tried their white chocolate raspberry shake...very good! Employees came by to check in us, offered us condiments, napkins, and straws. Picked up our trash and asked if everything was good or if we needed anything. Fantastic customer service! Beats the heck out of Sonic that's for sure!
My first time to a Whataburger. There aren't any Whataburgers in Wisconsin I'm aware of. We're traveling in Las Cruces NM right now, where my Dad lived, and Whataburger was his choice for fast food.
It was good, I don't know the history of the place, what's normal etc.
I had a bacon cheeseburger and there was a lot of brown mustard and pickles on it. I don't know if this is a Whataburger signature thing, it was just a little too much of both for me. I ate the burger but took a bunch of the pickles off and scraped some of the excess mustard off.
My son had the triple burger and had zero complaints.
I didn't look at the menu online before going and when you're inside they don't show what side options there are or what drinks they have. It's a little disappointing as I had to stand there during the lunch hour behind people who clearly knew the options.
It would help to know what sides there are without having to ask, "Do you have _____?" They have shakes, that would have been useful information ahead of time.
Anyway, I basically didn't say 5 stars because of the menu. My fault for not asking what's on a burger when I ordered it.
Staff was working very hard and were very polite.
Took forever for the saddest breakfast I ever had, I prefer MRE omelet in Afghanistan than this overpriced garbage. Small dry chicken tender strip in hot biscuit I waited 15 mins. Wait there's pieces of chicken bone in my strip. Burnt hashbrowns, no offer on anything for the long wait and disoriented staff.

Always something wrong with my order 6/10 times I've been here.
The last time I came here asked for my fries with extra salt. Lady told me that it is impossible to do. Asked her why, 2 weeks ago came here and asked the same thing and they did it with no problem. This time, she said, "Because of corporate stuff," I'm like, ok.
Also, she raised her voice when she told me that thing about corporate, and well, I could've given her some attitude since the customer is always right, no?
