This location is on top of their game! I went there for the first time recently and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service.Most of the time Favor runners are not treated the same as guests and it's frustrating. But when I arrived I was only behind one gentleman who was wrapping up ordering. I announced my arrival for this particular customers name and I was right back out the door. Thank you so much for changing my viewpoint as a favor driver
This location is horrible. They always take forever! Always have you pull up to the front, even if I do curbside my order is always late. Then you request condiments while ordering and guess what, you still won't get what you requested. Definitely not fast food here!
Late meal at WB. Aubrey gave the BEST customer service ever to me ! Addressing me by my name, checking on me twice, I was AMAZED !! Ty and keep up the GREAT JOB ????
This location use to be good but I feel has gone down over the years. Customer service at this location is so slow and lacking. For starters, I ordered a burger with mustard and onion only. I get a burger with mayo and onion only. I send it back for a new burger. They add mustard but its still the same burger with mayo. They make a new burger, it now has mustard, lettuce, and tomato. A manager had to make my rather simple burger order. The whole ordeal was tiring and just unneeded. Secondly, sometimes I feel they barely cook their onion rings. Thirdly, their milkshakes suck. Dont get a milkshake there. Everytime I get one it always tastes like there is hardly any syrup. Tastes very vanilla. I know it doesnt have enough syrup, because I get the same shake at other locations and they taste different plus have a darker hue cause they have the right amount lf syrup. This is just some out of many things. Injust go out of my way to go to another location instead now.
18 Dollars and didn't receive all of my order and all I get is an apology and come again. I thought Whataburger was better than that. What a shame.
First time in this location but I have to say so far it's my favorite. Good food and a few of the staff ain't hard to look at if ya know what I mean ????
Worst service! This was my second remake! The first was not made right and now the patty was not ready. When i called to make a complaint a worker named sandra was terribly rude and hung up on me while i was talking. Not to mention they made our burgers oily and sloppy i mean bread all soggy and everything This was no way to handle things.
Food was wrong but they got it right the 3rd time, manager's were rude and place felt unwelcoming at least there is at least a dozen other stores with better service
