Well, now that I finished eating what I didn't order I'll voice my opinion. I been at the hospital with my ill wife since 3pm. Headed home at 11pm and stopped here to get something to eat. Now it's 11:15pm and I'm tired. It's my fault for not checking my order before leaving but like I said, I was tired and wanted to get home. So I drive 4 miles to get home and find out it's not what I ordered. I looked at the ticket on the bag, yep,, not what I ordered. So here it is 11:45pm and now I'm tired & pissed off. I ordered a #12 meal Spicy Chicken Sandwich & I got a #2 Double Meat with cheese & mayo burger. There's 2 differences here, the #12 has a 1 in front of the 2, the #2 doesn't. The Chicken is small and has 2 legs, the Beef is big and has 4 legs. Big difference, it doesn't take Rocket Science to figure that out. Y'all working at these fast food establishments be crying wanting $15 an hour but you want to give your customers $4 an hour service. I will take this issue to the corporate office because it isn't the first time it has happened and obviously management doesn't want to fix it. This was at the corner of West Cotton St and Loop 281 Longview TX.. Christopher was the name on the order ticket.
I’m here at this Whataburger on 281. Walked in one employee taking to a lady at the counter then he walks to the back and stands around doing nothing. Another comes in walks past myself and a door dasher. Says nothing and walks back to the first employee and they chat and look around the corner at us from time to time. They don’t say someone will be with you shortly or anything.
One week ago same location I walked in stood at the counter waited 4-5 minutes nobody waited on me, I left and drove around to the drive thru sat a couple minutes or so and nobody waited on me.
Oh well there are other places for breakfast!!!
That white chocolate peppermint shake.... I was skeptical at first. I ain't gonna lie. But it went hard in the paint fR !! I wanna be able to get it all year round!! ????
Ordered a number 1 only ketchup and cheese, sat in line for about 25 minutes just for the order to be incorrect when after I drove home 10 minutes away. So either new head sets is needed, or people taking orders needs to listen better. Its not hard.
Food here is good but if you're in a hurry I suggest you use the app and order so its ready when you arrive
Never received my food waited in lane 2 for 20min. Customer service was terrible . Snd the guy in drive thru was rude Business was very slow

The worst part about sending someone to find a meal for you is telling them you want the meal on the board that shows a cheeseburger with bacon. Of course nobody memorizes which number it is if you don’t frequent there. Anywho, my mistake was sending the second person here since summer and forgetting that if you say “bacon cheeseburger all the way with mustard meal” it’s still going to be served without veggies.it doesn’t make sense because “all the way” means with everything… Anywho, I threw it in the trash.
