PROs: Food was very good. Sheila was great and super welcoming when we walked into the establishment. She is a positive person & gave great service when she brought our food out. We enjoyed our food & otherwise had a good time.
CONS: The store was a little messy when we dined in. Trash was overfilled but someone was working on emptying trash cans. He did forget one trash can. Some of the seating areas needed cleaning as people obviously didn’t clean up after themselves as they should. Tables needed a wipe down.
There was more of a wait for our food after ordering. About 15 minutes. Longer than what I’m used to as I’m from Texas and it is usually about 5 minutes.
We have been driving past this place for years. We tried it the day they opened and didn't like the burgers. A few months ago we were driving by it at breakfast time and decided to give them a try for breakfast. When I saw biscuits and gravy on the menu I had to try that. I love biscuits and gravy. Well, it was great. Bischits were soft and the gravy was heavily seasoned with sausage. The lady at the counter ( a senior citizen) was very friendly and still quite professional. It was a very good breakfast and the bonus was it was reasonably priced.
Honestly this was my first time actually eating here and the staff went out of their way to be nice. Which I haven't seen in a long time at a fast food place. And to put the cherry on top they gave us free milkshakes cause it was the 70th anniversary of Whataburger. Score!!!???????? They have me hooked for sure.????????????
Delicious breakfast, fast friendly service, hot and fresh. I enjoyed my Taquito with sausage and cheese. My husband enjoyed his breakfast on a bun with bacon. We wanted a quick bite to eat before shopping and decided to try this location. I am glad we chose this restaurant. We really enjoyed our meal.
My 1st experience at what a burger was at this location as all of the following. The 1st experience was phenomenal but the following has been mediocre.
It could have been the time differences everything was hot and fresh in December. However the last visits were subliminal at best.
The last visit the girl at the counter literally watched me pull up the app an QR code for visit and did not scan it.
While u can add visits in the app. This sucks as the apps performance sucks and is not reliable for it.
The last 2 visits the fries weren't hot more lukewarm as was the burger. Could just be me buy the magics gone
Lacey was the best! Great burgers, and the chili cheese fries reminded me of an old hamburger stand back home. Lacey even brought our meal out and I was ready to turn around to grab a fork and she was right there with it! Excellent customer service.
I have no idea why this location is rated this high. We were blatantly ignored at the drive-thru and when we pulled up to the window, we watched the employees walking around and no one would come to the drive thru window. Why even have a location open 24/7 if the workers, if you want to call them that, don't want to work? A perfect example of how everything is run in the horrible mid south!!
I went to the Drive thru and ordered a whataburger with no cheese and a sweet and heat bacon burger, once I got to the window I sat there for about 8 minutes waiting and watching my order of food and shake just sit in the window before the girl at the drive thru finally opened the window to take my card, it was no sorry for the wait!!! Nothing! Some people are not taught proper etiquette or just simple good customer service. ???? ????
