I felt rushed during my order in the drive through and was given attitude when I asked to read it back to me to make sure it was correct. Then I get more attitude once I asked for them to add the sweet tea she missed. I get home to see that my large French fry is half full. Used to love whataburger but as of lately it’s just been a waste of money.
Updated viait 12.11.24. Food and service from this location are still pretty good at this location. However, twice have had an issue ordering the restaurant new Whatawings as a 9 piece entree. I've ordered this twice and only received (8) wings? ????. Need some order double checks prior to handing to customers. Photos attached
Terrible service I ordered on the app and still have to wait in the parking lot to the point. I had to walk inside the store to get my food. It took over 45 minutes For two meals and the store wasn’t busy at all. I recommend going to the Whataburger on Custer the drive may be further but you can still get your food sooner
Food is usually great and people are nice but they forgot my hash browns. Did not realize until I got all the way home which is typical for fast food I guess. They never forget to charge you for the item though.
Server put the order in wrong, didn’t read it back, got it corrected at the window. Was ask about my drink (had 2) I said I want 2 Arnold palmers and she no idea what that was so I said half lemonade and half sweet tea. Then she made one cup lemonade and one cup sweet tea. Get it together people
I recently dined at Whataburger in McKinney, and while the burger was decent, I was quite disappointed with the slow service during the night. It seemed like they were understaffed, which led to longer wait times. The burger itself was tasty, but the service experience left something to be desired.
If you want your order right don’t come to this sorry excuse for a whataburger. Every single time they mess something up. Every single time! Without fail it’s ridiculous. Ask for a burger no onion no ketchup what comes on it only onions and ketchup. Get charged extra for sauces and bacon what do we not get sauces or bacon. This place is an absolute joke. You can see that they rang the order in correctly from the receipt. So clearly someone doesn’t know how to bag or read because what?? I used to work at a whataburger so I understand that it can at times be a little stressful, but this is ridiculous. Wasting everyone’s time and money. Honestly should be given an award, because I don’t understand how you can mess up a burger and fries every time.
We have 2 whataburgers near us. This one is the bad one, but it was next to the drug store so I gave it one more shot. That was a mistake. 15 mins after placing my order, and 10 mins after getting my food, I still had no drink. I had cold food but no drink. It's always something at this particular whataburger, so we stopped coming here. I should've stayed away.
