Ordered the chicken tender meal & after 2 bites I realized they were raw. All 3 of them. Took them back to the restaurant and they handled it poorly. Not apologetic at all, couldn’t refund my card. They gave a cash refund & didn’t even refund our whole order. Like why would any of us eat our food if we received raw food?? Definitely reaching out to corporate.
Service is slow, may be due to lack of staff. First time trying Whataburger to see what the hype is about. Large portions for the price, it’s a pretty good burger. Fries are thinner and crispy - pretty good too. 3 options of ketchup, the spicy one was good.
I'm from Indiana and this was the first time I've ever been to a Whataburger. We went at about 1400 for a late lunch. The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, and the food arrived at our table quickly. I got the double hamburger, and it was one of the better fast food burgers I've ever had. My son got the spicy chicken sandwich and really liked it. My wife got a hamburger without the bun because she's counting carbs. Without asking, they basically turned it into a wrap with lettuce and served it in a bowl with utensils to make it easier to eat. The young lady that brought the food to the table was also very nice and accommodating. After eating there I noticed a large number of bad reviews for that particular restaurant. I don't know if we got lucky or if it was because they weren't busy when we went, but our experience was vastly different.
It is my gratitude during my voyage from California to Texas this week of festivities to be served a Whataburger and limited time Iced White Chocolate Peppermint Coffee. From the advertisements I saw, I was delighted to be offered a free Whataburger in installing the mobile app onto my smartphone. It was my personal gratitude to be assisted in redeeming this offer and kindly chatting with Elyas and Mario. It was brought to my attention some of these gentlemen have never been to Buc-ee's. Not on Whataburger paid hours, but perhaps they should see it one day! I kid. Please excuse me. Thank you for this delightful experience revisiting a Southern diner I love. BUGS IN DRINKS ???? I do NOT recommend this location in particular. It was our first time dining inside this whataburger. When my husband filled his cup with tea from the dispenser, a bug came out of the nozzle and into his cup. He showed me immediately. I took a picture and video to notify others to beware. I told management, and he took the cup from me and walked to the drive-through drink dispensers. I said, "No! please, can I just get a new cup?". He was surprised that I wasn't in the mood for their tea after what just happened. I waited for them to remove the contaminated tea dispenser so no one else could get Beetlejuice today
Stopped off at this location this morning at 8:40 am. As you can see in the provided picture that the hash brown is almost burnt. What they did was they double cooked the hash brown it is so saturated with grease you can taste the sourness from the grease or they need to replace their grease because it's gone bad.
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I recently had at one of your establishments. The night manager's conduct during my visit was highly unprofessional and has raised serious concerns about the overall quality of service at the restaurant.
During my visit, I encountered several issues, including a mistake in my order. Despite clearly specifying my allergy to cheese, the photo I have attached clearly shows that cheese was included on my burger. Additionally, the manner in which the fries were thrown into the bag without a proper container further highlighted a lack of attention to detail.
When I brought these concerns to the night manager and requested a refund due to the inedible nature of the order, I was met with refusal. This not only added to the dissatisfaction but also left me with no choice but to seek an alternative dining option.
While I understand that errors can occur, the consistent nature of these issues, as highlighted by other reviews, leads me to believe that this is an ongoing problem. I strongly recommend a thorough investigation into the night manager's performance, and if necessary, consider termination to ensure the continued reputation and success of your establishment.

Fast and efficient service at drive through. On my way to the airport stopped for breakfast, service was good, food was fresh.
