I love Whataburger! Ty for taking the time to make sure everything I didn’t want on my burger was off! (: I got the #1 meal with Jalapeños It’s great! Nothing like a big bucket of fries & good safety precautions with the lid on the drink. Everything was hot and fresh ????
Ridiculous. Went through the drive through, when I got home I opened the bag and there was no meat on my burger. Tried calling several times no answer. Do better
i wish i could give them 0 stars. me and my friends went after our night out at karoke. at 2:19am we made an online order and arrived at the window at 2:30am we ended up sitting in the drive thru window for almost 45 minutes waiting to even hear from anyone about our food.
the man at the drive thru window and taking orders is very rude. cut me off and rushed me multiple times. ordered monterey jack on my burger and got american. also the fries were so salty i had to throw them away. even after trying to shake some of the salt off it was still unbearable. horrible experience.
I’m n Keto diet so I don’t eat Whataburger like I use too now it’s a treat for me and I was so disappointed when I got home and my burger was so cold the cheese just sat there unbothered. Well the manager Annie told me to come back and she would take care of me. Well today I came back I did not once see Annie she was there but I meet Mr Andre he was nice he never asked why he was returning my whole order just overrode it and walked away. I spent about 17 dollars on my food alone may not mean much to you but that’s a lot for me and expect decent food when I spend my money are I cook at home. Today it was better but not hot nor fresh but it’s cool I spent another 16 dollars on a salad and chicken tenders to take me for lunch and they can’t get a simple burger right Hot and fresh ???? I definitely want be going back to this location and I actually love Whataburger they have the best burgers.
The customer service is really bad here. The 20 year old employees are dull and have a bad attitude. Every time I need help I have to force an employee to help me or else they just hide in the back hoping they don't have to interact with customers. On one occasion I ordered for pickup, and just needed ketchup. Got down and saw the guy that just gave me my order look at me and retreat to the back like a coward. Be assertive at this location, because no one is going to help you if you just stand around and wait for them to come to you; it'll never happen.
The patties where dry and over cooked, and the cheese! Are they using government cheese??? It doesn't melt! Please charge more for the burgers! But don't use cheap ingredients! Not whataburger! Keep the standards!
I love their food! Always good!! This was a nice, clean establishment. Friendly folks, too. I'll be back!
