This waterburger has molded ranch!!. Please be careful when ordering these condiments at this place. If condiments are moldy I can only imagine what else they are doing to the food they serve us.
We ordered 8 burgers, and we waited 40 min. Once we received the order, it was wrong! Then, the manager asked us what we were missing instead of checking to make sure we received an order. While waiting to get things rights, the rest of the order became cold. My family had cold burgers and cold fries after we paid 84 dollars for this service. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
The excused used was that we had a big order. 8 burgers is a big order ??????
Visited the Town East/Motley location for pickup order 12/10/24 at 7:25 PM. My orders were accurate, made fresh & were ready within a few mins of me arriving & tasted delicious! The value was great. The dinning room was clean, organized & well kept. Most IMPORTANTLY the STAFF was GREAT, AWESOME, AMAZING, NICE, WELCOMING, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, CUSTOMER FOCUSED and DEATIL ORIENTED. They all conducted themselves in a professional manner and they were very on point with communication, accuracy, speed & had great teamwork skills. The lead or manager Deedra was very professional and lead her team well in the midst of them being busy - they were not stressed & did not have bad attitudes or let the fact that they were busy get to them- in fact they worked very well together. Elyaissa was the first one to greet me & she was very nice & had a great courteous attitude with all customers, John was also great along with the rest of the team (Deedra, Elyaissa, John, Mark and the others) I didn't get all their names, but did let them know I would be doing a survey on them & this location and they all smiled & thanked me. Please commend these staff members for an exceptional job well done!!
Very nice. Sometimes you’ll see a place where employees seem to struggle with having pride in what they do. Not this place. This cast of characters will feed u well, provide hospitality and maybe even give u a story to break the ice when u need to. Some may be temp and some maybe career , but overall, these are the guys and gals u want serving u. A job worth doing is worth doing well.
You can always tell a little about a business by the cars outside. It’s a popular Texas fast food restaurant, but it takes more than that to keep em coming back. A recent visit had such diversity,, local teachers, utility workers, a few students,, a police officer and a group of boomers in the pews upfront in the corner. Exactly the kinda place you’ll fit in and enjoy the surroundings,,, also exactly the kind of place to avoid if looking to make a scene or cause a problem. Local police is one thing , but I’ve heard about those boomers eating taquitos, drinking coffee and playing bingo. All well mannered and laid back ,,, which one doesn’t look like Harry Callahan ? For the record, I was trying to be clever when I mentioned boomers. It’s a term of endearment.
I have come to this location a couple of times through the drive through line and service has been slooow like up to 30 min wait. Sitting in my car wasting gas. So this time I went in and saw why. The staff members during lunch hour were on break (asleep) literally the manager ask one guy “hey you want to go home.” There was a couple in front of me who was waiting for someone to come and take their order…they left after waiting awhile. I would’ve too if the manager hadn’t come up. I’m sorry but the culture needs to be shifted here to respect the company and customers it serves.
This location just had a total make over inside and out, it's all new with a sleek new dinning area and kitchen, it's really well done, my breakfast was very good, nice service, totally clean inside and out
Totally different experience from breakfast to dinner. When you go in the morning, friendly timely service. Show up for dinner, after 6pm, you'll be waiting forever. Everytime I do curbside, I'm there waiting 30 or more minutes. Drive-thru, if I even get acknowledged at the speaker, it takes on average 10-12 minutes. Then your order feels like it just came out of the refrigerator by the time you get it. Forget going inside after 6pm. EVERYONE is extremely lazy, obnoxious, and act as though your are an inconvenience. Not to mention the highly inappropriate conversations and hood rat banter. The remodel should have also included the night shift staff.
Totally different in the mornings. Super friendly and professional, and prompt.
Every time I come here it's always a long long LONG wait even for something a As simple as onion rings ! and they always manage to mess something up I don't know if it's on purpose or what but I HATE coming to this location if I could give negative stars I definitely would . When I asked for my order the guy at the counter even said "oh I don't take orders" then why are you at the register then?
Staff was nice. took less then 6 minutes to brig out the food every was freshly cooked and delicious.
