Best WLM Reviews
I order breakfast here a couple times a week usually. I always get the breakfast sandwich without cheese. It’s usually good. But for some reason half the time the eggs have a green tint to them and have a rubbery texture. I reached out to whataburger on the app and they didn’t tell me why or do anything about it except give me two free meals. I just want my sandwich to be correct because it’s about the only thing I can eat for breakfast. Why are the eggs green? Why are they rubbery? Are they safe to eat? I mean I probably won’t eat them anyways. Please fix this. I don’t like the sandwich without the eggs. This happened two days in a row. And it’s definitely happened before this many times.
3 stars cause it’s super great when eggs aren’t green and *most* of the staff is great
Went through the drive through with only a few people in front of me. Without exaggerating it took 30 minutes. Got home, missing large fries. Went back and got them which they were not rude about. Got home again and realized they did not give me the creamy pepper sauce that I originally paid for and was the whole reason I wanted to eat there. Very disappointed.
What a friendly and efficient crew. My cheddar jalapeño sandwich was delicious and Doris is personable serving customers by name and smiling the whole time. What a great experience. I wish I lived closer to make this my regular stop.
This review is specifically to give a shout out to Danny White! The store manager I am guessing? Superb customer service! I watched him work and deal with every customer and employee, his interaction was very professional but genuine too! I wish this Gentleman would teach a class to the DMV personnel on how to treat customers. Hehehehehe I really mean it!
Thanks for the awesome burger and good experience watching you all work!
Love the Dr.Pepper shake and the sweet and spicy bacon burger.
Expensive for "fast food" in that its over $20 for 2ppl but it tastes good so I guess if you want quality, it's gonna cost ya.
Special thanks to the manager who gave my little girl a balloon and key chain! Super nice experience.
Literally takes 15-30 minutes to get a simple breakfast sandwich. Everytime I come in!! McDonald's is less than 3 minutes. Unless yall make everything from scratch, it shouldn't take 16 minutes( this morning). The food is average, but not worth the wait. I'll go elsewhere in the mornings.
So cheap food that tastes great. Disappointed they don’t carry their chicken fajita anymore… but there is still tons of tasty food to pick. This place was clean. But… two of their employees were talking to each other while cleaning the dining room… and wow… I guess they needed to yell at each other so they could hear each other. We all got to hear their funny family happenings. Entertaining…
This Whataburger place has been serving Durant for a while and I can tell you this place does great with everything. Their workers are great. Their skills are fine and their service is good most of the time. Usually the food here can have some errors in orders, but everyone makes mistakes! Overall a great place to eat in or for takeout. Delivery is fine too.
