To start two of the employees had a friend blocking the pick up counter, talking loudly over patrons, and trying to show the workers stuff on his phone. This slowed down the workers and the guy putting my order together tremendously. Very rude and unprofessional.
I checked to make sure I got all of my sauces but I didn’t think I would have to check the entire order.
I got less than half full fries on everything. I watched the guy at the counter pull the fries before they were ready (I work in a restaurant as a sous chef) so they were entirely soggy and drenched in oil. I was wringing oil out of them. The Boxed for the fries didn’t vegan get pushed open he filled then like a paper fry bag.
The gravy cups weren’t even half full and extremely watered down.
Whoever was on the grill forgot to season the burger patties, so I had to salt and pepper the patty myself after the first bite just to make the meat taste like anything.
Lastly the drinks.
2 out of the three might have been correct.
I say might because I’m not sure if the Coke Zero was zero or diet.
I ordered 1 zero lemonade, 1 Coke Zero, and on half sweet half unsweet tea.
The lemonade was fine, i did not receive a tea, and I’m more than sure both cokes were Diet Coke.
This location keeps getting worse and worse.
This was NOT worth $30.49.
Nothing special, and I don't understand why they can't find a balance when building a burger and adding condiments. Mustard and mayo, but as you will see by the pics below how much I had to wipe off becaue of the excess. This is not ok. Do better, train better, care more. Happy eating or not. Now, Go get your grub on.
Make sure you check your order before you leave. Ordered at 11:10 and got home at 11:45 to realize my order was wrong. Ordered a double with cheese, sub mayo and no tomatoes and extra onions. Got a single no cheese no onion with ketchup and mustard and tomatoes. Really aggravated because the closest whataburger is 30 minutes away from my house and was craving a hamburger.
One star is still to high. I visited this Whataburger Monday night, by Tuesday morning I had food poisoning. Caelianna P. took my order and was rude. She became upset that she couldn’t hear so she had someone else take my order. I can admit, he was a lot nicer. Then I woke up the next morning throwing up. I couldn’t eat or drink anything and it continued on until the end of the day. I ended up being taken to urgent care where I had to be given 2 shots to help with the uncontrollable vomiting.
This blessed establishment houses what is easily the greatest nighttime crew to ever grace the fast-food industry. The cashiers are attentive, efficient and downright sweet. I'm not quite sure who took my order tonight, but the warmth of her subtle kindness lent my evening a most pleasant hue. Fortunately, I can name the window attendant: Tanner, who supplemented our fated exchange with that genuine human touch so absent from your average drive-through experience. Never before have I truly felt that a meal from a fast-food burger joint was made with as much love as the Malone crew can provide. Thank you!
This was the tea I was given. That's about a quarter inch of sugar at the bottom and a bunch of tea grounds. Taste like sugar water. Disgusting.
Other than that, The woman at the window was fantastic, the rest of the staff not so much. My food took over 20 minutes to come out. The staff inside was rude making faces at me. I didn't complain I just waited. but the lady at the window was apologetic when she saw the staff being rude.
Avoid this location.
For the surprisingly high volume of customers this particular location can receive at any given rush, the staff work in a pretty timely fashion. I have a great deal of respect for those who can perform within such a facet of the food industry and not lose their minds. It isn't easy.
They completely screwed up my order. I ordered a number 1 with a large fry and large coke with a sweet and spicy burger with no mustard. I got a honey BBQ chicken sandwich meal and a sweet and spicy burger with mustard. I was charged for the chicken sandwich meal and a sweet and spicy meal. This is the 5th mess up in 2 months, I would avoid at all costs.
