Dining area and men’s restroom were clean. Clean tables and floor. Fresh burgers that were hot and correct ready in 6 minutes to order. Hot fries. Decent price.
Talk about delicious!!!! Food was so hot and ready I almost burned my mouth but I'll say that is a welcome change from many places where the food is barely lukewarm when it comes out to you. The team here is super friendly and they brought our food right to us with this neat little tray of sauces! Talk about great atmosphere!!!! The fries are awesome too ???? ????
Great people great food so delicious sun night crew was very welcoming inside !! This is very recommended .
This is the S L O W E S T "fast" food restaurant in the world! Even better, they called me "gay"! Really! I visited this location's drive-thru on April 15, 2024 at 12:03. They asked for a name for the ticket, and I told them "Guy." I get to the window and I'm greeted by a gentleman that asked, "Is your name Gay?" Then he showed me the receipt. See the photos.
And to confirm, my name is actually Cary, but you can't give this name to fast food workers, they hear "Larry," "Gary," "Terry," etc. and if they do hear the right name, they use a feminine spelling, like, "Keri," or "Carrie," etc. So, a long time ago, I just resolved to give a simple name that everyone could understand and spell correctly, "Guy."
So, the question becomes, are the workers at this location to ignorant to properly spell "Guy"? Did they actually hear "Gay," through their janky speaker system, or are they just ignorant enough to legitimately think they could get away with calling a customer "gay"?
This is not the end of this. As soon as I have time, this will be fully investigated in the near future. I still have the receipt to prove this happened.
I was so excited to try Whataburger outside of Texas but I was so, so, so disappointed with my food. It was NOT hot and fresh. My burger was not hot at all. It seems like they have their meat already cooked like other fast food places but in Texas Whataburger cooks your burger when you order it. The wings were NOT hot and fresh either. And I almost had a great attack at the prices of the meals at this location.
Preston was good but his yawning over and over was frustrating and it took sooooooo long to place our order.
Whataburgers might possibly be the most overrated burger out there. All of the hype Texans talk about them, you would have thought they have chef Ramsay hand making evey burger. But to be fair, there not nasty, just equivalent to McDonald's or Burger King. Brand new location, everything was new and very clean.
Food is always made fresh, service is always with a smile, Wataburger seems to go out of their way all the way across the board. Which is a major plus considering the majority of fast food restaurants tend to treat you like just a number.
Had a craving...came thru drive window. My order was perfect. A nice thing about the service was being recognized by Crystal. I was caught by surprise as I was placing my order at the drive order sign. I believe that when a customer is remembered by a previous order sight unseen this employee deserves recognition. It's rare these days! I've owned a business; this employee seems to enjoy her work and by my observation takes care about the customer. When the service is this noticable it certainly makes the whole process worth it. When I got to the window I was met with a smile, politeness, and knowledge of the menu questions I asked. Oh, did I mention my onion rings were perfect. Cook did a nice job. Keep it up midnight crew. I'm sure I'll be back!
