I did an online order for curbside pick up and received confirmation that it would be ready between 12:12pm and 12:14pm. I waited in my car until 12:25pm and the food hadn't come out yet so I went inside. It was busy and I can understand that, it's not the wait that was the issue. The cashier asked me what my name was for pick up and I told her so I saw her go and pull the bag out of a container and set it on the counter. She came back and said they were waiting on fries. Another 10 minutes or so went by and another lady asked my name for the order and then said they were waiting on onion rings. In the meantime I watched my bag with the other items in my order sit on the counter. It was about 12:40 by the time they gave me my food and I asked if the burgers are now cold because we waited so long for fries and onion rings. She said no, they've been in the hot box and she turned around and left. I knew that wasn't true because I saw the bag sitting on the counter for more than 20 minutes. I had a less than 5 minute drive back home and just as I had suspected... the burgers were cold. Our first experience with a whatburger and it was pretty disappointing
150 Breakfast Burritos for our Marching Band, no problem for Whataburger! These guys are absolutely amazing and the burritos were delicious and perfectly made!
I chose to leave a review today mostly because of the excellent service. The young lady who took my order was so pleasant, friendly and happy. I will come back just for the service. The food was delicious too.
This is a personal preference. They use lots of mustard, not my favorite condiments. The restaurant service is very slow if you eat in, the drive thru gets served much quicker. The interior is clean but feels stark, lots of orange. Love their milkshakes!
The service here is mediocre at best. It took a while for our party of five to get our order, at least 20 minutes. That being said the place was packed and it was about 2 pm on a sunday. The only other downside was that the trash is not routinely taken out, causing a massive pile up. Other than that this Whataburger is great, exactly how it is in the panhandle.
I have eaten at a few Whataburger’s in Texas. This is my first in Florida.

The service and atmosphere is exactly what one should expect and was on point.
As for the food, the fries were good. The burgers were standard, but nothing stood out. I would state that a well prepared Whopper, In & Out Burger, or a Five Guys burger is more flavorful and robust than a Whataburger.
I would recommend visiting this location, but to me is nothing more than a decent fast food burger.
Placed an online order for 4 people.
3 of the orders were completely incorrect. One was an online glitch. No ketchup or ranch in the bag. Had to drive back 5 miles to get it corrected which they did. However, not a sorry or let me give you a credit for your inconvenience? This isn't the first time the order has been wrong. Suggest you check your order or eat whatever they decide to put in the bag.
Whataburger is delicious. 11 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. is my favorite time to eat there. The menu is pretty amazing. It's hard to go wrong. They are quick to remedy any errors they made. But they are so efficient that errors are not common. I like the layout of their locations and the clarity of their menu.
