Piece of metal scouring pad in my chicken sandwich. Physical contamination in addition to being cold, probably the worst experience ive ever had at a whataburger. I should have paid attention to all the bad reviews but I was in a huge hurry. These people don't give a damn at all
Went through the drive-thru to get a quick lunch to eat with my son at school and my wife called wanting coffee. I already ordered but I told her I would try at the window and they added the coffee with no problem or irritation at all. Thank you What-A-Burger ????
Ordered a Whataburger with no mustard, no onions, add mayo.
Burger came WITH mustard and no mayo.
The fries were cold. Not even “heat lamp” warm.
Also, I think someone had this burger sitting in the fridge before serving. The fries must’ve been sitting directly under the AC before being put in my bag.
Customer in front of me took 16 minutes to get their large bag of food. I’d bet it was cold, too.
I love Whataburger. Food is always made after you order. So it's always fresh and never sitting under a heat lamp for hours at a time. Service is generally friendly and quick with your order and never the wrong order. Always taylor made to your liking.
Taking 1 hrs to finish a customers order. Then repeating my order to the employee twice with no response. We are very unhappy.
Doesn’t matter what time you come 4am or 4pm you will wait no less than 20 minutes for a single meal and it’s not worth it. Every time there is something going on. Hair in a burger. Credit card systems are down. Orders wrong. You pick. Currently 7:37pm on a Sunday.Definitely smelled like marijuana at the window.
I’m very disappointed in this place, I can’t blame the staff. I’ve seen it across Texas now, since I travel a lot of work, but their food and service suffers as a 24 hrs chain. Drive thru was a 20 min wait and by the picture this has been the worst breakfast burger I’ve ever had.
The SLOWNESS of this location and employees. They didn't know how to use the app (I finally just gave them my card) to pay, and they kept taking my phone into the restaurant. I thought they weren't supposed to even touch the customer phone! They barely understood anything I said. I think re-training is needed at this location. Never again! I won't even bother with the cold food and lack of condiments and napkins.
