They usually make very good burgers at this place, the meat is dry, and doesn't have much flavor, and those boneless wings were definitely not the best.
I placed my order for food at 10:42 and I was left waiting until 11 am. Confused and frustrated, I asked the employees for an update, only to be met with blank stares—they just didn’t know what was going on. Finally, the food arrived, but my hash browns were stone cold. When I politely asked an employee for a fresh batch, she merely took them off the tray without a word or even a hint of an apology and said, “I’ll bring new ones out to you.” It felt like just being dismissed from someone’s space.I asked to speak with the manager on duty, hoping for at least a glimmer of understanding. But instead, he brushed off my concerns, insisting casually that it hadn’t been that long of a wait and that he was overwhelmed with a line in the drive-thru. He coldly commented, “You have your food, and it’s fresh,” as if my disappointment held no worth. It wasn’t even fresh! I was left feeling utterly neglected, my experience with Jarred and employee Erica was a complete lack of customer service and empathy.
I recently visited the location on Sherwood Way in San Angelo, Texas, and had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. When I spoke to the manager, Taylor, about my food being cold and requested it to be remade, his response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. He stated, "I'm not going to get paid again to remake it nor am I going to waste product so you get it cold."
This level of service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my food to be served at the proper temperature and for any issues to be addressed courteously and professionally. Taylor's response not only failed to resolve the issue but also left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service standards.
Good burgers and chicken strips the entire family loves. I like the jalapeno cheddar bisquits with sauage, egg, cheese and apple pies.
Food was great is pretty crowded and the person who took our order could have been a little bit more friendly but in all it was pretty nice

The burgers are definitely above average for fast food. Overall a pretty good burger. The fries are meh, reminiscent of McDonald's for sure. The spicy ketchup is amazing, though. It turns mediocre fries into delicious potatoes.
In-N-Out is far superior in every way, no contest. #changemymind

Probably the worst whataburger I've been too.
Service is always extremely slow in drive thru and inside. Not once has my order ever been correct either and today when getting breakfast I find egg shells in my daughter's breakfast sandwich. Bottom line I recommend just avoiding this location all together. It's really not worth the headache or health hazard.
