I spent $70 of my hard earned money to treat my family of 5 on a Take Out Night..... and have it result in meals that were not even mediocre.
5 meals:
Messy, smashed, crumbly burgers, MISSING green chile (ADDITIONAL CHARGE).
Soggy, stale, saltless fries, Medium fries with SMALL size quantity, Large fries with MEDIUM size quantity AND what was served up, were the wimpy bottom of the barrel, frozen bag fries.
Buffalo Ranch Strip sandwich was improperly sauced, chicken- naked and afraid on one side and drowning in sauce on the other, also oozing out the bun.
Large drinks served with more than half full of ice resulting in medium portion beverages. 2 of the large drinks were filled to an inch below the rim of the cup.
Forgotten medium fry AND Forgotten cookie. This crushed my child's heart.
This was to be a treat for my family as we don't eat out often. Sadly, our expectations for deliciousness were quickly shattered.
In the end, we ate the food because we're not tossing $70 in the trash. We are thankful for our meals and the topic of taking Pride in your Craft as well as Self Reflection. Character is a terrible thing to waste... just like the Quality at Whataburger.
There are quite a bit of active locations around this restaurant. There is a busy EOS, backyard taco, and next to freeway. My order was taken at about 6 pm. I ordered 1 just 1 sandwich and no meal, and it took 15-20 minutes for it to be brought to me after the order was placed at the drive-through. I'm just a bit confused about why it took so long that the restaurant itself wasn't that busy.
This was the best dining experience we've had in a long while. We seldom eat fast food but this place was spectacular! Food was excellent (green chili burger), facility was clean but the staff were the highlight! Fine dining could take notes from these folks. Great experience!
I don't eat fast food ever. I was craving a Whataburger, with no pickles, no mustard, double onion. It had double pickles, no onions, and mustard. I believe it was done purposefully. How can anyone be that stupid! I will tell all my friends, don't eat at this one. EVER! I took one bite and gagged. So many pickles, unbelievable. No lettuce either!
Second time trying this Whataburger and I'm so pleased with this location! Classic fresh, juicy taste. Both the burger and onion rings, as well their honey butter chicken biscuit were so yummy. I look forward to visiting again and again.
The second drive-thru line takes nearly 3 times as long as the other. Car after car in the other lane passed through before my food came to me.
Get rid of the line if this is the service we're going to get.
First time I've been to a Whataburger in a long time. It was very good! I'm not sure when it opened, but I feel like I can smell the fresh paint on the walls. It was a very clean and tidy restaurant. I swear my food looked as good as the picture, which is very rare at a fast food joint. Right off the 60, so it is an easy stop on my way out of town.
This has to be the worst location I've ever been to. They've messed up my order three separate times! The crazy thing is that the receipt shows the correct order. Come on, it can't be that hard. What's so hard about not adding mustard? I'm allergic to it!! I will no longer be going to this location, which is unfortunate because it's close to my house.
