Ordered a 9 piece. My meal only came with 8 pieces of chicken, 3 of which were less than half the size of a “normal” bite. Really lame of them to even serve those pieces.
Great service. We had the honor of having the manager take our order. She was very kind and professional. Wow! I think we took longer filling up our cups with sodas when our order was ready to go. We had just arrived from out of town and we're passing by this location when we stopped for some food to take home to Weslaco. We would definitely come back here. Number 1 what burger restaurant on our top 5 list. Thank you folks and keep up the great work.
Extremely dissatisfied not the first time but the second time and definitely won't have a 3rd. Placed online order for pick up! Was supposed to be ready at 2:15am got there at 2:13am was told to wait in lane B for my order it wasn't until 2:34am that I received my order. I get home and the buffalo chicken sandwich looked disgusting. Went back to the restaurant and the cook gave the manager attitude saying when he made the sandwich it looked fine! I hardly doubt that sandwich was anything but fine.
I love the food, the employees offer a good service and it's usually a fast line. Sometimes it can take a while when there's a lot of people but overall I love this location.
If only I can give less than one star! Worst Whataburger! Bad management Bianca Ramos laughed at me and said she would not issue a refund and for me to call customer care and ask them for a refund

Busy location with friendly staff. Some annoying flies, but not something to bother about
Purchased a #12 and is was not supposed to have tomatoes. They even gladly added onions to the burger when it's not even supposed to have onions.... For the kids meal burger, I asked for cheese and extra pickles. They literally just put 1 pickle on the burger and didn't place the cheese on it. I would have done the survey but they didn't provide a survey code. The inaccuracy of my order makes me comprehend why they don't provide the survey code.
