I recently visited Whataburger and was blown away by the experience. The service was top-notch; the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right. The food? Absolutely delicious! Everything was served piping hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. What impressed me even more was the cleanliness of the place. The dining area was spotless, and even the restrooms were immaculate. If you're looking for a satisfying meal in a clean environment with outstanding service, this Whataburger is the place to go. Highly recommended!
Construction signs show a driveway entrance to which i followed and it didn’t take me to their parking lot put to the front of their store with no way to get back around to the parking lot so i’m parked. Out of the way. It’s 4:30AM. The manager on duty asking who parked there, i said, after paying for my food, that it was me, and that the construction signs were confusing. He, 3 times, kept saying i couldn’t park here (no shit sherlock but i’m gonna anyway since yalls parking lot is all screwed up) and you wanna sit here and keep being a prick while i’m just trying to get my food and go the hell home, meanwhile, your cashier was also being unprofessional, complaining about yalls gloves being pink for breast cancer awareness month and was arguing it.
y’all hire some shit people at this location tbh.
Got a #13 they ask me what dipping sauce and I said gravy but they didn’t even give it to me. And the fries look and taste like they warmed them up in a microwave. The chicken doesn’t even taste that great.
First time eating at Whataburger, and I was pleasantly surprised. Just moved here and wanted to try it, but didn’t have high expectations being that it is fast food. It was actually really good food and the customer service was next level. Derek was super nice and really made the whole experience that much better.
The guys here have the best customer service skills! So super friendly and funny too, and the food was prepared fast. My son and I sat around just to chat with them, and we just had to have milkshakes. Will definitely return to this location because they made us feel right at home!
Food was hot. The wait was ridiculous. This place seemed to not be taken care of, absolutely the worst Whataburger experience I’ve had in my life. I placed the order online and it should have been ready with 10-15 minutes from when we ordered. Derek Starr should be ashamed. 1 star review, cause that’s what I was allowed to give. Can you please add the option for 0 stars next time. Be better. 40 minute wait. Ridiculous.
So you guys are going to deliberately put onions in the order which the person that took the order from me confirm that I said no onions and the manager completely unprofessional I have allergies to onions thanks very much oh yeah plus an extremely long wait time just to get the order like that
Me and my friend got food and I ordered a #6 and usually this is always our favorite Whataburger but this was just piss poor and sad. Seriously thats just sad.
