Delicious as always, but this location was extra busy after the baseball game. My order was correct and stayed hot until I arrived at my hotel.
Dined in at this location on Feb. 3, late evening, not many people dining only a small group. Had ordered a Whataburger Patty Melt Whatameal with an Apple Pie and Brownie. It was all good, enjoyed! ????????
The longest way I ever waited at the curbside pick up in any Whataburger restaurants. Went to the drive thru to following, that to was a super long wait. Went to park my car to get my order inside but had to wait too.
I go to this whataburger all the time almost every night because it's right next to my house. I order curbside because I use the app. It always takes 30+ minutes for 2 meals. Most of the time my tea tastes old. Like it was made the day before and left out. But it's so slow even when the restaurant itself is slow. I understand if they are busy. And my foods almost always wrong. I know the location isn't great. So the place isn't gunna be all that great I have started going to the one on 249 and antione on my way home from work instead it's worth the food being kinda cold. That one is amazing.
It's ridiculous that an employee has to enter a code for you to use the restroom here.
I have never had a bad meal here until this morning. I order the jalapeño biscuit with bacon egg cheese. I was told it would be 8 minutes, so it's fresh. And get it in 3. (5am) i opened it up and had 2 nasty stale biscuits, and I am not sure what that was inside it, but it was absolutely nasty. Looked a week old cold and nasty. In the trash. Thanks for absolutely ruining my breakfast. I will never go to this location again. Unbelievable. 10$ in the trash.
I placed an order for delivery mind you it can only be time which was a plus however I wouldn’t serve any of this dry cold food or this fountain drink of a shake to my dog! Completely pissed and would never order from this location ever again! This makes me not want Whataburger ever again! Then the audacity to tell me I have to wait on someone to contact me in 2-3 days to get my money back definitely unacceptable! I’m f the employees don’t want to work hire people that do because people work hard for their money just to give it away and have to wait for it back!
This location was pretty busy when I visited, but after about 7 mins in the line, my order was taken by a very nice cashier. While I snapped some pics of my surroundings, tge manager on duty asked me if if everything was OK. ????. My order was ready shortly afterwards. This spot is pretty clean and inviting as Whataburgers go. I'd bring my kids here. 4 stars for the wait, but otherwise, thanks for a pretty good experience!????????
