The worst Whataburger I have ever been to. Asked for a patty melt with no onions. When I got home I looked at my patty melt and there were leftover onions with barely any sauce. It was obvious they put onions on it and scraped everything off including the sauce, which makes the entire meal. Fries were soggy too. Grossed me out so bad I couldn’t even eat it. Stay away from this one
Loved the outside original look, waitied all week to have a patty melt with grilled jalapeños. They hand a burger with not only raw jalapeños that I paid extra for, but the supposedly grilled onions are raw as well. Guess ill finally try In and Out. Disappointing service higly.
This Whataburger makes me really happy! The shape of the building is just like the Whataburgers I knew growing up, and the burgers, fries, shakes, and fried pies taste exactly as wonderful as I remember them. The servers here are excellent, working carefully to get your order right, and they look as if they enjoy their jobs. I live closer to another location, but I’ll be back here many times.
I worked here for 1.5 years and I loved the customers. I had always given out free items to apologize for wasted time and I always enjoyed seeing them come back and loved the smiles I got to see on their faces. It was a genuine enjoyment for me as a regular team member here. The customers were never the problem we're as the night time crew were so terribly horrible at being professional, we had a black girl who got annoyed at every single thing a customer had said and got into multiple fights with customers. Even harassing them over the drive thru speaker. We had a manager that never stood up to anything that happened and was too shy to stand forward to a unruly customer and tell others to not allow certain things in the kitchen. We had workers dunk their personal cups into the ice which is just all kinds of disgusting. The only thing that wasn't terrible was they didn't lie about the milkshake machine breaking, only that they needed to clean it on very busy times of the night. I was fired because I allowed one of the workers to get under my skin, who should have been fired much long ago and shouldn't have been given as many chances as she was given, unless the manager for night shifts never ever reported her behavior, she should have been fired very soon. She had absolutely no customer service and deserves no other job that involves talking to others.
I bought around $30 worth of food. And my order was completely wrong. By the time I got home, I realized I had about ten dollars worth of value sitting in my bag. How hard can it be to get the order right , i was 1 of 2 cars? I could get by with the food being possibly not good, but the order being completely wrong is just unacceptable. I just want to eat my food after a long day at work, and now I have a half meal that isn't correct.????
I have been to this location several times. I never had any problems coming here. Food is always good and the fries are always fresh. Service is great each time I come.
On a day when the operating partner was off work, the store still shined bright. Smiles from the staff all around, clean , outstanding service, pride in work and good job in the kitchen. The atmosphere was positive and apparent that management is doing a great job.
first timer here. was really good. i lucked out and a customer treated us to it. being we are Yankees from the north and never had it before. so that was really cool. very much enjoyed it. i order just the regular burger n fries to get an idea of the food. place was nice n clean. bathrooms as well . looking forward to the next time.
