???? Commending the Store Manager or Manager on duty. We ordered online and a few things were forgotten from our order. I called and the associate told me to go through the online order app, ok sure. Seconds later a Manager calls me and says, we will take care of it next time or whenever you would like. Thank you for setting an example of what amazing customer service looks like!! I appreciate that. ????
Mgr Arias....YOU need to go back to school on HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!! I waited in line at the drive thru for my food. Stop to take a bite of my hamburger to discover something on it I did not order!!!! I opened up the burger and saw it was covered with jalapeños. I came back and politely asked for the burger to be remade with my mouth on FIRE! I gave my receipt showing how the burger was to be remade. Went to my car and now see RAW onion on the burger vs. grilled. You refunded me my money after I asked you for a refund. Thank you. But then you offered me to remake the burger. I said I would accept the remade burger & refund due to my inconvenience. YOU REFUSED!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!
This location was not friendly at all. I didn't feel welcomed by any employee. I watched my box of tenders just sitting on the line for over 10 minutes. My order was taken at 9:17 am and didn't get my order till 9:34 am. The food was cold and I also had to pay for ranch dressing separately. We actually went there because my 12 yr old daughter had a doctor's appointment this morning and she had never been to Whataburger. Her school is on Saratoga and Evans street. She was SOOOO disappointed. We don't plan on ever going back to this location. ????????????????
Don't go on Friday nights, the schools around there pack in and it's very hard to get your order without waiting 35mins. This store has never really been good at timing for your food anyways and does have alot of issues with food quality. Orders come out proper but past 3 months the burgers have been mushy or fries not salted at all.
At the drive-through I ordered a #1, then paid and had to move past the window to get my food brought out. I should have checked my bag but drove off back to work. When I got to work, my bag had the burger, ketchup, an NO fries. Called the Weber Whataburger to let them know. Kimberly answered. Told her they forgot to put the fries in my bag. She apologized, then said do you want to come back & get them? Of course not, I'm at work already and don't want to spend the gas or have the time to drive back for a mistake they made. She then said, you can come back at a later time. Well, this still doesn't correct their mistake. Make it right, Whataburger on Weber!
5+ minutes before being greeted and having order taken. One manager stood at drive through register looking at those who were waiting. Breakfast biscuit was smashed flat.
I went back to the whatabuger because they messed up on my daughter order because she allergic to eggs and they still put eggs in the breakfast bowl. I called the whatabuger and spoke to the general manager told them they put egg in the breakfast bowl.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this location. They never brought my food to curbside, almost no one in store , no cars in drive through. I go through drive through after nearly 10 minutes, guy doesn’t care about delay, gives me 2 ketchups instead of 3, refuses to give me the third I had on my order and stated he put it in the bag, he didn’t. I asked to speak to a manager at this point and he left and came back and said he doesn’t know where the manager is. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs! Player street and Ayers never have these kinds of repeat issues. And to top off my bad experience my food was cold because it was probably sitting on the counter after they made it for a long time!
