I went to this whataburger in hopes of fresh and good onion rings. I wait a few minutes and hear the timer go off and not to much later I get my onion rings. They look absolutely to dark and taste absolutely nasty. When I go to complain they said there is nothing they can do. I said that your oil must be bad because it tastes like burnt popcorn mixed with onion. That’s not a good mix. I don’t know who is the store owner but god have your employees change the oil!!!! This is my second time this week having this issue. I thought it was best to make a review. Once a week understandable I guess but twice in one week is ridiculous.
Edit: I asked a worker why they couldn’t help me and they said they don’t have the ability to change the oil at this time. I asked why and the response I got was they don’t have access to clean oil. This is ridiculous how can you not have access to clean oil at this business. It is a restaurant that continuously serves food from fryers and the grill. They asked me if I would like a refund and I said no because I wanted my onion rings. I would hate to ask for a refund and still eat the product because they couldn’t help me. It is not the fault of the employees but the fault of whoever runs this business not letting access to clean oil. It should be able to accessed all day and night.
No Dr Pepper shake Which I had already paid for it ,no spicy ketchup ,no dipping sauce employees standing there Sweet tea Disgusting .Employees conversations with each other instead of helping customers. They’re putting too much into their appearance instead of workmanship 10/02/2024 1:13 pm how am I supposed to do the review if I can’t read anything and it’s also from the kiosk so the code is invalid make it make sense.
The burger was flavorful. Slightly dry but still tasty. Fresh toppings and good onion rings and fries. For my fellow ice lovers, they have the good nugget ice that is easy to chew.
Place is trashier than any ghetto Whataburger you go into. Service is slow as all get out. Food is terrible, thrown together. Missing patty on my burger. Place isn’t even that old an sick of going here. Miss my hometown Whataburger.
The only positive about this place is being open 24 hours. Employees are horrendous at service and zero effort to actually work. After waiting 15 minutes for a burger combo I received a chicken finger combo and got attitude when I asked for my drink which sat on the window sill for the entire wait while employees chatted with each other doing nothing. You’d get better service getting in a fight with Waffle House employees at midnight which is the only time anyone should even try to endure this place.
Tried whataburger for the 1st time, had the double cheese burger onion rings, and a cookie. The food was great. Excellent service for a fast food restaurant. Employees were so pleasant and helpful other fast food chains should learn from them, I hope they open up in John's Creek
The women who took my order was so rude, her name was Jackie and she was being so passive and impatient with me. She was asking for my number quietly and I didn't hear her, I then went up to ask if my food was done and she said, "I called your number 5 times!" She said all of this with a poor attitude and didn't even make eye contact with me when she handed me my food. She needs to be fired and doesn't represent the company well. I have been to this location numerous times and have never had service this bad. I also saw a child go up and ask for Ketchup and she ignored the kid and then finally grabbed the ketchup and handed it to the child and looked frustrated while doing it.
Came here for the first time to see if there was anything special with the food and burgers. I ordered a chicken sandwich and large onion rings. Was the worst mistake in ordering this. Should have taken pictures. Bun burnt. I asked bun to be toasted. Didn’t ask for blackened bun. Whataburger sauce, not good. I picked up the burger and everything fell out, lettuce (soggy), tomatoes (soggy), cheese not even melted. Onion rings 1 out of 5. Soggy. Burger King has better quality food. The jalapeno ranch sauce was the only thing that saved this lunch. Stay away from this place.
