Food is always so good I love it. But we went there Monday Nov 4 for lunch for my husbands birthday. The cashier she was nice. Then The manager he seen my husband grab a high chair and he came out the back to clean it himself and was making sure it was clean for our baby girl. I love that. He was so polite! I enjoyed our experience! Rogers location is definitely better then the bentonville one.
We just had the nicest lady! After I had ordered, I realized my adult son might want something, we were headed to his place. She added the last minute order with a smile! All the food is hot and as ordered! You rock!
We arrived right after a group of teenagers, and I understand they were busy with several orders. We ordered one meal. After waiting for 20 minutes, we received our food. When I got home and opened the bag, I found that the fries were completely upside down and spilled everywhere. As someone who works in the industry, I don't see how this could happen unless they were placed that way. Additionally, my burger was completely wrong. I didn’t check my order at the restaurant, but I was confident it would be correct. Anyways all I wanted was my spicy chicken sandwich
Food was all wrong. Wanted only mustard, ketchup, mayo. Fries were frigid and dumped upside down in the bag with the burger on top. service was okay, especially after returning for replacement.
Good prices and quality compared to most these days. But service and employee attitude is awful. Orders take forever on mobile versus just waiting in drive thru
I live nearby and have tried this location many times. The most consistent thing about the location is their nearly perfect record of messing up our orders. If McDonalds across the street was open a bit later, this place would be out of business. Avoid this place if there’s other options still open at this intersection.
Stopped in a couple weeks ago after placing a mobile order. Place was busy. I went in check with register attendant to let them know I was there. She gave me the receipt. After waiting for forty minutes and seeing several that came in after us get their food and leave I got back on line and asked about our food. She comes back and says they are fixing it now. I asked to talk to the manager and all he had to say was " would you like your food" duh! Yes! They had have our order out to someone else. Now mind you I was patient for the forty minutes because they were really busy. But we went to our vehicle and left with the food. It was room temp at best. Whataburger is not worth my forty minutes again.
Literally the most incompetent place ever can't seem to get my order right at any moment never include my sauces that they charge me for. Should probably be placed under new kitchen management especially late at night
