I've always loved this fast food chain, but I lived in Florida and only got to try it when I was on vacation. Now that I live here, I'm so happy I have a good location nearby. I like to add green chili to all their stuff, (chicken sandwich is delicious with green chili on it), and they don't cheat you on it either. They slather it on nice and thick. It adds a great flavor with not too much heat. Service is fast too, and you can see the work stations, which means their processes are on point right there in plain view. The dine-in part looks nice, but they're always busy at lunchtime, so I go through the drive thru or I pick up to go.
If you're a tourist and have never had a Whataburger or a Whatachicken, you have to stop in. Don't forget to add green chili! ????️ ????
Love getting a late night burger but your workers don't listen for shit... Asked for easy chili and the did the opposite and put extra chili
If you offer curbside then you need to honor it! Having customers waiting 10min only to walk in and see it sitting under the drive thru getting cold cause yall too lazy to do your damn job. Smooth brain mfrs. ????
I stopped in for a late night bite to eat. The restaurant was dead as they were in the midst of a deep cleaning. We were told it'd be a 30-minute wait. The cleanliness of the restaurant and dining area, as well as the friendliness of the staff more than compensated for the 30 minute wait. The food was delicious, a little pricey nonetheless, but well worth it. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well as patient as we were hungry and anything but. I hardly ever dine here but with literally no other options in our small city, it was either this or gas station food so I feel we made the right choice.
Not very clean. I asked for a cookie and a side of ranch and I never got it! I recommend checking your bag before you leave to see if anything was forgotten lol!
Make sure to double check your order. I was missing items from my order. The burger was not what I expected. I travel and visit many Whataburgerand this one was far from the quality and service that I’ve experienced in the past
The speaker was damaged so everything we said reverberated back and the teller could not hear us. We waited 20 minutes for them to bring out food. They forgot to put ketchup in the bag after requesting it at the microphone. The food was okay, though not worth the wait.
My Whataburger experience was horrible. We just ate at the Roswell, New Mexico Whataburger on April 1st, at 10:00pm. They gave us the wrong dressings for our salad and forgot one of our burgers. They took 15 minutes to get the forgotten burger out to us and we had to go ask for it, and they still got it wrong. And it wasn’t busy when we got there. And the worst part of all of it was how dirty the store was. They had enough staff that was standing around, to send them on the floor and clean off the tables and under the tables. It was disgusting, we had to clean our own table just to have a clean table to eat at. It was just so disappointing to see it in such a dirty state and how poor the customer service was.
