This was my first time in Texas, and I’d heard so much about Whataburger that I expected it to be an iconic Texas experience. Unfortunately, it was a big letdown. We ordered four sandwiches, but our order was completely wrong, including missing or incorrect sauces. When we brought it up, they asked us to throw away the sandwiches ourselves and then made new ones—but this time, they were cold, and they forgot to add bacon. When we mentioned it, they simply handed us some bacon on a separate plate, which felt unprofessional.
There were no apologies or attempts to make it right. Honestly, McDonald’s would have been a better choice. I hope this feedback encourages better service, as this was not the experience I expected. I won’t be recommending this location—or any other Whataburger branches, for that matter.
Took us over an hour and a half to get her food to fry guy has no hair net playing with his hair and kept having to wait on Fry's cause he would only put on basket at a time burger were the worst I'd ever ate well I didn't eat and there is over 25 people wait with us some more then 45 min too
Eden took our order correctly and promptly. There was an elderly woman ahead of us, and Eden walked her to the table, pushing her wheelchair for her. She even helped her unwrap her burger. I am a clumsy person and spilled my LARGE Dr. Pepper. I felt so bad because Eden was helping the elderly woman and keeping her company. I asked for towels to clean up and Eden assured me it was fine and she went and got a mop bucket and towels and cleaned it up, along with whatever else she could find in the dining room. I’m never really surprised by Whataburgers good service, but Eden provided so much more than great service on this trip. She doesn’t appear to just be a genuinely good employee, but a warm and hospitable person as well. A+ y’all!
Stopped in for a strawberry milkshake can’t beat them !! They are the best and you know what ? The ice cream machine always work !! lol love Whataburger!! Used my app and it was ready to go when I picked up my order !
My man ordered from them on DoorDash TWICE and both times they forgot my fries that comes with the meal I ordered????0/10 don’t recommend
Only 2 people there for work. So could only use the drive through.. but our breakfast was top notch and employees were very nice..
Sitting in the drive through at 0200 on 11/12 and it's been 10 minutes already. JUST saw them drop my fries into the fryer.
Hey owner ... Your drive through times are fake. They clicked my order off 8 minutes ago. There is NO ONE else here anywhere.
So I got old cold chicken with my piping hot fries. After 14 minutes ????
Never mind the fact that they won't even look you in the eye or talk to you. It's so embarrassing when someone takes you order and hands you food without even speaking
This is a decent What-a-Burger. Most of the time, my order is perfect the way I ordered it, someone it isn't. Most of the time, the food tastes good and it looks good. Someone the patties are so chopped up, you would think you're eating Ground beef for tacos. Most of the time, the staff is friendly and polite they seem to know what they're doing. Other times they are just plain rude and they don't have a clue, even some of the managers.
