Stopped in for lunch 8/5/24. Not overly crowded and our order was taken right away. You need a code to use the bathroom as they stay locked. Bathrooms were clean. Food was delicious as always at Whataburger. Parking lot is level and easy to get in and out. Near I-27 and other shopping and hotels. Staff was friendly. Would eat here again when in the Lubbock area.
Went in and got my kids and I some food and omgggg.....We wanted to redeemed our free offer we have got in the app and apparently one of the mangers didn't know what I was talking about so they made me pay for the food that was supposed to be FREE......VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION....POOR MANAGEMENT AND THEY SEEM TO NOT CARE !!!! ..why have offers on the app if you can't USE THEM !!!!! And the strips were nasty old grease and what not !!!
Service was good there was a gentleman that looked to come to this whataburger often and the staff were extremely sweet which made me comfortable being there. There’s a lot breakfast taquito was awesome and all whataburger should do is it was toasted like the tortilla was toasted and it was so good.
Love whataburger. The sandwiches are always great but the wait is super long, very slow service, and the fries are always old and cold. The sandwiches are always delicious though and I keep coming back despite the wait.
Service at the drive thru sux. They are more concerned about how long a car is at the window, than the service they are providing. Even to the point of lying to customers about how long till their orders are ready
We have the best cashier/server ever! He was amazing, I wish I could remember his name. All the service was great, unfortunately the food was cold (buns and meat). It was edible but not what I have come to expect from Whataburger.
Well use to be great, fresh food, quick and tasty. But now I had to wait 20 min for a burger and fries. Burger was bland and flat, fries were soggy and tasted like oil instead of crispy and fresh and the drink tasted like oil too. Gotta find another location.
This place is good for a quick small meal TO GO! They never have the food ready at the time you request! I am not certain why, but 98% of my last 10 visits, i have NOT been given the condiments i ordered. This is so irritating!! I only have a 30+ minute lunch makes it impossible.
