I’ve given this location several chances, but after my last four visits, I’m extremely disappointed. Each time I ordered, my order was wrong, and it seems like accuracy isn’t a priority here. On my most recent visit, I arrived around 7:36 AM, but the manager argued with me, claiming my receipt showed a different time.To make matters worse, when I called to resolve the issue, the staff hung up on me. I called back, only to be met with more bad attitudes. The level of customer service at this location is unacceptable. I expected better, but unfortunately, this has been a consistent problem. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend others avoid this location until they improve both their service and professionalism.
I went through the drive thru , ordered a honey butter chicken sandwich, drove up to the window and ordered a Honey BUTTER chkn and they still gave me Honey BBQ. I got home and call , asked to speak to the manager , …. I have her name. She had a nasty attitude. Usually I wouldn’t complain online but I want the Gm to see this. I won’t come back. Sorry for bothering you guys ????????
Talk about the most unprofessional management and staff on overnight shift I have ever encountered. I put it online order in at 4:30 said it was ready at 4:56 I showed up and I waited 28 minutes till my order was actually ready after watching the manager walk around and twiddle his thumbs and the other employees stand around and look crazy I've been in customer service for 24 years and I've never experienced this type of customer service in my life I would rather be hungry and go without me to ever order and walk it back into that store again! After asking the manager for his name he laughed acting like it was a joke and still did not give me a name so therefore I will be calling corporate I do want my refund and I will be telling everybody not to come to that store..
My first order was a honey butter chicken biscuit, honestly the chicken was over cooked so I really couldn't enjoy the savory flavors that come with that biscuit also the honey was bland ???? . My second order was an iced caramel coffee & a sausage Bob... Ok the Bob was on point as always but tht iced coffee lawd I had to go home & soup that thang up like I like it ???? . Customer service umm at first ms Katina came off as nonchalant irritated & just not feeling it & I understand it's morning, it's busy,I'm over it ,But being in a customer service environment you must learn to just suck it up smile ,& do ur job. My order took a while but by the time she handed it to me she was n a more chipper mood ????
First time eating here my friend and I got the breakfast obviously she asked for her eggs to be well done so they don’t look as good. But the breakfast was good I heard the burgers were excellent. The service was above average the place was very clean as you can see. Christian why so polite and very friendly EJ the manager was very professional and friendly also and checked up on us. Definitely a few steps ahead of McDonald’s and Burger King breakfast. Really reasonably priced.
Their burgers are great. Such a small location. Only one way in. Not much parking. There was only one person up front to take orders and calls out the finished orders. All the other Whataburgers deliver the orders to your table.
I really had a great experience at this Whataburger. It was the cleanest store that I have ever walked into every since I’ve been going to Whataburger’s (and that’s been a long time.)
One time for the manager “Alias” was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu and much hospitality was given. Thank you so much to the staff.
You can tell when a store is run right by the cleanliness of it, and the friendliness of the management.
Go to literally any other whataburger in tallahasse and it will be a better experience. The cashier was rude to me from the get go and it took an hour to get two chicken strip sandwiches. This is while they were also out of burger meat at WhatBURGER. Please just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else
