Ordered Double Whataburger and received not-a-burger. Took a bite and realized there was only vegetables.When I call the restaurant they said they checked the cameras and there was meat in it. Either they are lying or it just disappeared on the way home. You can count that burger meat as my charity. They don’t deserve my business.
It’s a rough gig but people like josh made my night better today. Great customer service and an amazingly positive attitude.

Waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive through for one order. And then they gave me the wrong drinks. This place used to be decent, but now it’s just trash. Hire more people, or hire better employees.
Never a disappointment. Great addition with creation of the app. Used app to place order and pay . Restrooms clean. Lobby clean. Parking lot clean. Associates were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location for all your burgers and fries needs.
The fries tasted like they'd been sitting for several hours, then put in the microwave to warm up, right before being given to me. They weren't all crispy like they normally are. They were all soggy and gross.
I went to Whataburger tonight around 9:45pm, before I went to work. I clocked in at 10:00 pm. I began eating my food around 10:12 pm. My fries were cold and hard. My Burger was cold, cold, cool. What happened to the pride in work? Would you want to be served this?
What I witnessed today at Whataburger was unbelievable. There was a lack of customer service in the drive-thru. I rolled my window down and heard an employee tell a woman that they would serve her, but she had to wait. Despite her waiting for quite a while, no one brought her food or even came out to assist her. Eventually, she pulled behind me in the first lane, but they still refused to serve her. They attempted to give her cold food that had been sitting there since she arrived. When she requested fresh food, their service continued to fall short.
Even the manager, after initially promising to help her, refused to serve her. She decided to wait at the window, and shortly after, a police officer pulled up behind her. It was shocking to hear the manager insist that he would serve her while doing nothing to assist. The officer asked her a few questions, and she explained that she had been waiting for almost an hour for her food. The officer was puzzled as to why she hadn’t been served yet, especially after the manager’s promise.
When she asked the manager if she would be served if she pulled up, he replied yes. She did pull up, but the officer didn’t intervene further and eventually left. From what I observed, the woman was Black, and it seemed there was a clear case of racial discrimination, as the staff showed no intention of serving her.
When I lived in the area I would avoid this one location, I just moved back and remembered why. I went once and got a sandwich literally looks like they smashed it hard and fries cold. and it was flat bread and soggy. Went for breakfast and the biscuits were horrible and extra sauce seemed regular.
