2024-August. There were lots of parking spaces.
We ordered at the counter and grabbed a table number. The staff brought our food to our table.
Fill up your drink from the beverage dispensers.
Had to pay for a ranch sauce to dip my French fries. ????
The restrooms were clean. There are tables and booths for dine-in customers.
Service was quick.
The food was typical - good!
Bon Appétit ????
After working 14 hours on Black Friday in the mall. Alexandria had the most outstanding customer service!! There was no wait and they were fast and my food was hot! But Alexandria definitely made my night with her awesome guest services!!!
In general, I am a Whataburger fan. This location noticeably exceeds even the high expectations of the Whataburger brand.
At most Whataburger locations, you can reasonably expect a high level of service- at about what you would find at more formal restaurants, as well as good food and effective, efficient service.
Each time I have come in so far, this location exceeded that standard. I noticed even better service, exceptional and consistent cleanliness, and of course the same solid quality of food.
Very well done!
I just want to share my experience with all who reads my review this Whataburger that I ordered from was on there toe's from when I first made the phone call to get an order for the next early morning I spoke to a representative from Whataburger her name was Talia very professional and nice she then took down my order(15 people )and told me that my order would be ready the next morning so when the morning came I called Whataburger at 3:45am and spoke to the night manager her name was Stephanie and told her I was on the way, so when I got there my order was packed individually with all the condiments without me asking for them and food wes nice and fresh and hot so I give a 100 to this Whataburger for treating me as a customer so well I'm very satisfied for what Tania, Stephanie and the cook Jose for doing an excellent job thumbs up and keep up the good work ????
I got two whataburger breakfast sandwiches they were very good, the were fresh and did not seem like they came out of a microwave. I enjoyed the bacon and sausage with egg and cheese on a fresh bun. I liked the food they serve.
My son and I came to have brunch cashier Thacher managagement customer service was great made me feel like they new us food hot glad we stopped at this location 12/14. @ 12:37
Absolutely Awesome! 1 am visit and food was quick and tasted just like Texas (Recent Transplant) Service was super friendly, lobby and restrooms spotless! Cheers to this crew!
Nothing special. Busy day here. A little long on the wait but nothing outrageous. Staff quick to take order at bell, friendly and efficient. Stars are for food. Chicken breast was thick and juicy. Sauce was a running mess and didn't taste like anything. Veggies-lettuce and tomato looked like they were microwaved in the sandwich. wilted and soggy. Yuck. Not fresh and crisp like I expected. Fries seemed to be cooked fresh. Under $10.00 but still feel like I paid too much for it. They asked if I wanted ketchup- I did want but, didn't get.. ????
