As always the staff treats ya like they've known you for yrs. This particular whataburger has a small town Cafe feel rather than your just a #. Especially the lunch crew. Awesome bunch. Great food
1 star is the lowest that I can give but if I'm being honest this restaurant deserves a -10. The management staff is by far the worse. The workers are doing their best but they have no leadership. A manager bagged my food with onion rings cooked in old grease and a burger that smelled rancid......directly to the trash it went. I do not recommend this location.
Diamond is very friendly and displays great customer service she always makes my food with a smile on her face and greets me by my name and asks me how I am doing. People like this are the reason we can put the bad days and the bad that’s goes around us away for a while we can forget. Diamond is a definition of how people should be in this world yes it’s her job but she goes above and beyond she deserves a raise and lots of appreciation these are the types of employees that deserve praise or to move up. Employees like this that give it 109 percent of there hard work and make a difference she deserve to be appreciated we don’t get that a lot we hear more of the negative. Than the positive. My husband and I go in once a week and this is our our weekly routine and we have never been treated so well and our food hasn’t been this delicious THANK YOU DIAMOND !!! The service was great. All of the tables were dirty. We had to clean our own table. I stopped by the bathroom on the way out and saw a cockroach climbing up the wall. Not good.
This Whataburger used to have great service but it has gone down in the last month, they were "out" of everything and then still seemed to mess up our order. What's going on with the night shift? They were too busy playing and laughing.
The service was quick. I ordered ahead just had to go inside to pick it up. Very good the apple pies are delicious.
I recently visited Whataburger, and unfortunately, my experience was less than appetizing. While I’ve always enjoyed their menu, this visit was disappointing due to an unexpected and unpleasant discovery a strand of hair in my food.
Get my order wrong more then right. Says meals on the ticket but only received fries. Learn to read pls before handling customers orders. It’s not that hard!!
