After waiting 15 minutes for 1 Sweet n Spicy and one Bacon Avocado burger, I lost my appetite and you lost a customer. Wife's choice to stop here real quick and she admits as well it was a mistake, costly one at that. No apology from the manager just an excuse about the chicken taking long.....We didn't order any chicken.
Terrible service! I ordered Buffalo Ranch, they told me they didn't have the ranch, they said they would put it next to the ones they have on the counter, I received my order and it turns out I had to buy the ranch. This is the second time I've bought the same thing and the chicken is dry. The manager can be heard yelling everywhere. What the hell is this?
I would not even feed this to someone I hate! I paid for delivery to feed my family as I just had surgery and I’m unable to cook at the moment. What I received was burnt beyond recognition and of poor quality that I had to buy food from another restaurant instead. Burger was too tough for my family to eat. Fries were stale old. As for the rest… we’ll just look at the photos…
On a positive note… I know the owner of a neighboring franchise and he will get me in touch with corporate folks to get this resolved. Accountability is key…
The moment I walked up to the front counter, the employees saw me but didn’t acknowledge me. After finally ordering and sitting down to eat, my meal was interrupted by a cockroach. Out of all the Whataburger’s I’ve been to, this has been the worst experience.
Youre a fool to spend money at this whataburger. This whataburger is the literal worst. Every single time I come here something is wrong. Pay extra for extra ingredients for them to NOT put them on. They will confirm over and over the order is right in the computer but never is right at the oven.
I often get uncooked bacon in my breakfast (TEACH SOMEONE HERE HOW TO MAKE BACON). its common to wait in a backed up line. If your burger isn't fresh, it's cold. The chicken is dry 100% of the time. Just terrible always.
I’ve had terrible luck at this location. It is convenient as it is on the way home, but receiving the wrong order, missing items from orders, and extremely long waits in the drive through make it a place I would rather avoid.
Did an online order, selected toasted buns… and this is what I received.. like for real ???? no effort to replace the burnt buns before continuing to make the burger ????????♀️ Do better!
Always a treat to grab something from whataburger. Was a little disappointed with the honey chicken biscuit, was very dry. The breakfast taco and bacon and sausage biscuit were great.
