Stopped in through the drive through ordered a jalapeño cheddar bacon biscuit, reiterated my order twice for confirmation, and also confirmed at window, and order ended up still being wrong. Employees were nice, but super frustrating when you make it a point 3 times to confirm your order is correct and it still isn't made right.
Service was fair but I paid for medium fries and drink with the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich. And instead i got a double jalapeno bacon Whataburger. So clearly people are paying attention and doing their jobs. Do not recommend to go to this location if you want what you ordered
Never again.
Last Sunday we called in an order and after we went through the drive thru, we were told they didn't have the order we placed. My husband went inside and waited another 10 minutes. The cook was verbally aggressive with my husband. So much so, that the employees had to restraint him. Tonight I go through the drive thru, waited 20 minutes, They tell me again they have no fish, so I ordered 2 chicken salads..got to the window and was told they "forgot" to make the chicken...What is wrong with these people??!! I drove to the Whataburger in Bullard and it was phenomenal! Great food and service. Gresham=Gross Bullard=Best!

Would not recommend this Whataburger unless you don’t mind getting only half of your order. I spent nearly $50 and didn’t get my food, all this after making an hour round trip for it. Manager said I was pretty much SOL because I ordered online and would not give me a refund. Very frustrating
I ordered a special meal because I have food allergies. Not only did they include what I was allergic to - their what sauce - but it was all over the meal. I had to throw away most of it. Worst Whataburger ever!!!
Came and ordered a grilled chicken salad and asked for extra chicken thinking like a few dollars for extra chicken. My total for a salad with extra chicken was $22.58 ???????????? for one sub par salad. I understand inflation but that’s just ridiculous. Definitely will not be back.
We came in and waited 5 minutes. People were working the drive through but not the counter. Then several people came out of the managers office. One person took our order. After a few minutes I asked for napkins and she said I need to wait. Really? Service sux
Best whataburger in the state of TX. Food is top notch. Night manager is great.
