We received a flyer in the mail for a bacon steakhouse double burger with the french fried onions on top.....get it free online order only with a drink and fries.... We tried for 30 minutes to get it on our phone apps both of us but all we kept getting was error messages.... so I called one of the locations and asked if we could just use the coupon if we come in or they could just help us on the phone the lady said that it has to be an online order or they can't accept it at the store so we went to a different Whataburger where the girl was so wonderful at this one and she gave us the discount after we tried so hard to get it on the app.......so mainly the stars are for her and the onion rings.......mine were super fresh that has never happened at Whataburger for me I was very excited that they refresh..... but we were super disappointed in the burger it looked nothing like the picture it was very flat and nothing was crispy as far as the onions went and it was soggy due to the sauce......the flavor was good but the burger as a whole let us down luckily one of us got it free with the coupon. I am paying the online photo of the advertised burger and what we got....the burger was so squished down before i opened it and took a bite LOL......
BUT DEFINITELY we'll go back to this location because of the sweet girl that was so kind and patient at the register helping us get the discount.
We ordered waited 30 minutes, watched others receive food that order after us. We asked about our food. This is what my burger looked like. I confronted Jacob and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for the manager and was told that she was really busy!
Something fishy is going on at this Whataburger. I ordered a Whatachick'n Bites Meal off the menu board, but when I paid the price didn't seem right so I asked the manager who was standing there. Sure enough, the price shown was $8.69 but I was charged $9.79. I questioned this, and the manager said it was probably an old price on the printed menu board. I again questioned because it didn't match what I was charged, and she said she couldn't do anything - it was up to corporate. And if I didn't like that, she didn't really care then walked away. Operating partner, Bryan Hernandez I am now asking you. If your manager really can't make decisions, and keep a customer happy over a dollar difference, you might want to rethink your policies. It made me wonder how many other people didn't pay attention to what they paid and have been overcharged. I'm not even sure this is legal - at least it shouldn't be.
The chicken was cold, and because the "bites" were all different sizes, some were overcooked and some were undercooked. The Texas toast was dry and had no flavor, as did the gravy which was as thin as water, and not worth the calories. The fries had a really weird aftertaste so I was afraid to eat them. Does this look like a $10 meal to you?
Whataburger used to be a great Texas classic that you could always depend on. I am not sure of they sold to someone else, but with this level of customer service and quality of food, you have lost another customer.
Well I can say that it's very accommodating when order is not correct or something was left out. The service is professional n always handled in a timely manner. I thank them for that cause my dad is a 94 year old Korean veteran. And he loves his biscuits n gravy. And he says Whataburger is his favorite so thank you midnight crew for tonight. Everything was hot, fresh, n very good.
Best fries and tea I have had at a Whataburger in a long time. The food was correct and timely. We were traveling, so this isn't our home Whataburger. We ordered lunch at breakfast and got it faster than probably the last dozen times at a different location. Tea was fresh, as was the food, which was well put together with a proper ratio of ingredients. The manager was putting food together and was pleasant to interact with. I was addressed within a few seconds of walking to the counter.
Wow. What great and efficient service from Joe the manager and his crew today. Used ap to order ahead and everything was perfect! Got everything right. And was so courteous. Order was ready on time too! Thanks to the smiling team at the front as well. Would highly recommend this Whataburger and we will definitely be back. Loved my orange Whataburger bag too! You guys did it right!
Tried a whatchicken as the burgers suck now that they sold out to a Chicago based company. It sucked also. My son ordered a cheeseburger and he only ate two bites and threw the rest away. Fries were mediocre. I'm done spending money at Whatabuger unless it's a taquito.
I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich combo at the drive through. If I had ordered dine in I would have gotten a refund. Fries were stale and cold. The chicken patty was unusually small, dark brown and hard as a rock. I can't believe the employee would even serve this. This location makes other Whataburger restaurants look bad. I paid $11.00 for garbage
