I went to Whataburger last week. When we got our food, the meat was really dry on our burgers and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I couldn’t even swallow it. It was either old meat or overcooked meat. Our fries also weren’t salted at all. This wasn’t the issue, though. I understand that things like this happen with fast food restaurants.
Our problem was the service.
We came right back immediately and told them what was wrong with our food. The manager, John, basically accused us of lying. He said he put our fries in the bag himself. But they really were NOT salted.
He was condescending the entire time. When we got to the window, we heard him talking crap about us to the employees. All because we wanted what we paid for.
Whataburger is usually good but not this time. Went through the drive through and got a Whataburger JR. It was super smashed and cold when I got it. So smashed that the bun was stuck to the wrapper, cheese wasn’t melted, and just overall not good.
It was fresh, delicious and fast service. We loved our food and experience.
They have the best cheeseburgers and fries in town at a great price. The food is fresh and never bad. The Cinnamon rolls are amazing and always fresh. The sweet tea is really good as well. I always stop by for a bite to eat when I'm in Claremore. There is no better place to get a great burger. Quick service.
Had a valid coupon for a free biscuit sandwich that they wouldn’t honor. Super lame especially since it came from whataburger. Don’t order the honey butter chicken biscuit because it’s apparently not a biscuit sandwich. ????????
Just went thru the drive thru with my Wife to get a shake! I saw they had the new Birthday cake shake, so I was intrigued to try it and happened to be lucky enough to ask the right questions and got a free Sample shake of the New Birthday cake shake! Ladies and gentlemen it is delightful! It's got the cake batter taste and enough sweetness topped with whipped cream and sprinkles! And it's Orange color! Go try it! Thank you Kale I think your name was for the chance to try it before you buy it!
I've been there twice in the past 2 weeks and each time the order was wrong. Just got home with a completely different order than what I ordered and now I have to drive back again and be late picking my kids up. If I ever eat here again I will make sure and check the food thoroughly and that is a big if.
The meal was great. Although I had ordered a sweet tea and I found chunks that looked like they hadn’t been cleaning out the sweet tea nozzles. Just beware!
